The stay was very nice but after checking out I noticed they have charged me twice(inspite of me double checking at check out that the money has been paid before which they confirmed also ) for my stay .

I have been following with them for last 2 weeks but still haven t got my refund ,the entire nice experience have turned bad for the follow ups I am doing for refund .

I think this is 3 star as not maintaining 5star standards except swimming pool.

Nice grand look inside. Food items are little costly but suitable to corporates. Especially boarding facilities are good. Hotel has pickup and drop facilities by hotel taxies. As usual metal detector sensor in front gate. So no security threat. Sometimes corporate office conducts walkin interview inside auditorium. Wifi facilities are avail to boarding members. Useful to business meetings. Return to Airport take through kadugodi route is good choice.

Good Hotel. Very good staff. Excellent services. I have 5 stars to give.

Breakfast,WiFi and drop in Whitefield area is complementary. Hotel and rooms are nice. Breakfast options are amazing. Good service. Also has terrace pool.
