Went for team dinner... Tasty food and good variety

The rooms were spacious and catered to everthing a traveller needed. The morning breakfast had some servings of delicious food and the service by the staff was better than the best. I was attended by sovon (if I got the name correct) very courteous and good to be greeted by such sraff when your day was tiring the earlier day.

Located on Whitefield main road, easily accessible. Courteous staff. Spacious rooms. Clean and neat.

Not so great food wise although yet to check out koyla but had decent ambience

The well stocked bar at Four Points- Best Brew - is the best Bar in this part of Bangalore. Service is excellent. The experienced barman Ravichandran makes you most at home and makes your each visit a unique experience.

I think this hotel is amazing. It is very well decorated. The hospitality workers are kind and very caring. The only problem I faced was the terrace, when it rains the roof creates a lot of noise.

Buffet menu is not very versatile. Hardly much choices available ebot for vegetarian and non vegetarian guests.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel is modern and location is good, rooms are very clean and the housekeeping does a good job taking care of the room details.
Staff at the restaurant is very polite and takes special care of each and every guest. We stayed at this hotel for almost a week and the staff treated us like family. The chef would come out to talk to the guests personally and akways offered to take care of any soecial food requests.
Front desk and reception staff is very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel.

It's good property. The staff are prompt and courteous, as you would expect from the Marriott chain of hotels. Breakfast spread is also generous. Location is also perfect. 1 hour from airport yet closer to city center. The head chef came personally welcome me and gave me this pastry.

Well connected and easily accessible, however the whole whitefield region is marred by slow traffic.

Nice hotel for a business traveller. I have stayed here twice. Courteous staff, have seem many of them being very polite and they take care well. One gentlemen by name Vishal in front office was a bit to handle as he was very arrogant, not willing to answer questions and provide correct rates. While he was helping me with the bills, could see added charges not pertaining to my stay. He ends up in an argument, though he realizes the charge was incorrect.

Restaurant staff were very courteous. Excellent food. Loved the Chicken Tikka. Breakfast options were very good.

I would definitely stay here any time, but would avoid Vishal. Reducing one star for Vishal

Nice hotel. Excellent customer service. Food is tasty but they have limited options for starters. Definitely highly recommendable.

We had a birthday party for my son at The Eatery here. It was superlative experience.
Mr Varun (the manager here) and Mr Sushant ensured that everything was in order and all our requests regarding food,decor etc were well catered to. We liked the ambience and the wide spread options in their dinner buffet. The live counter prepared tasty salads; we especially loved the fried n tossed-in-sauce broccoli salad made on our request. Also the chef prepared moong dal halwa for us although it wasn't on the buffet spread. It was lip smacking, and we actually ended up getting some of it packed to take home! In main course, the mutton in 'laal maas' was very succulent, just the way i personally like it.
The icing on the cake was the dinner coupons they gave to 2 couples as surprise gift! This was sweet of them, and a big thanks for that . I'm glad we all had a great time!

Perfect place for birthday celebration
Celebrated my younger one's birthday in four points by Sheraton and it was truly awesome experience. It was well organized by Mr Yashpal and his team. All aspects of party were taken care starting from menu selection, mock tails, wine etc. The buffet dinner was exceptionally well with mouth watering cuisines equally spread across veg, non veg, continental and desserts. No words for the hospitality and service. Service team were constantly around us and took care of minute things. In nutshell, it was hassle free party and all my near and dear one's had a great time.
I would like thanks following people for their contribution in making my kid's birthday successful

Tried buffet at the eatery ! Not upto the mark. Don't get fooled by the brand Sheraton. Both menu and the taste needs a lot to improve! Unhappy experience
