Love this dealership! I had a Chrysler 300 that I dearly loved and unfortunately got smashed in a bad accident. So, it was time to shop for a new vehicle. I had my heart set on an exact replacement, which I found. at this dealership used. But, I didn't even end up with that vehicle! Allen was so helpful with the decision process. I really didn't want to be shopping for a new vehicle, but had to under the circumstances. He was patient with me, as I was being a little picky! I ended up getting a 2015 Dodge Journey which I love! It has fit in well with our family's lifestyle and will grow with us into the future. I love Chrysler/Dodge, but I will always shop at this dealership due to their amazing sales team and customer service. I felt at home coming in and out for a week and everyone I came in contact with was helpful and wonderful to talk to. Great work everyone and thank you so much Allen for all your hard work!

As of right now, I have had a great experience with SMP. Phill went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience based on my previous experience with a different dealership. I got what I was looking for. It took some time as I did a lot of research and am also from out of town. Phil was always checking in, but not pushy or overbearing. He stayed late on Friday as I was coming into town just after they closed. We settled on Saturday and I got my new vehicle. Thanks Phil. It s only been a day, but hopefully the great service will continue.

Way way overated you can pick up the same vehicle's at any other chev dealer for at least 10%less

We have bought two vehicles from SMP in the last 7 years. Had a great experience with their sales team and really appreciated the extra lengths they went to make sure we were satisfied. However, the service department has been some of worst experiences I ve had with a business. Every time I have come in for service the price ended up being higher than quoted. The last time I came in I was told my trailer brake system was faulty and needed to be replaced but it would be under warranty with no cost to myself. I agreed to the repair based on this information. When I showed up to pick up the truck they had charged me for the repair. When I challenged the issue they tried to explain to me that I was in the wrong and somehow misunderstood. I let it go but I have now had enough of the constant phone calls, emails, and text messages I receive from them for service and trade-ins on our vehicles so I have decided to write this review. I have called in at least 4 times now and asked for them to stop calling and messaging me, sometimes 3-4 times a week. That is to the point of harassment! I have noticed a gradual decline in the service provided and unfortunately I don t think I will be buying or obtaining service from them again in the future.

Called in to get some parts for my car. The parts "pro" did not had any information about most of the parts. And was talking in a rude manner. Poor customer service. Last place to call for parts.

SMP is an exceptional car dealership! They made the entire process of finding and purchasing a car so easy. It was a fantastic experience. The customer service was amazing, as they were so professional and friendly. Jami is so knowledgeable and thorough, she spent a lot time explaining details to me, and she could always be reached to meet or answer questions. Every time I was there, I was greeted with smiles and handshakes. Ben and Terry were so great to work with too! I definitely felt like I was in the right place in finding a car, they put any worries I had at ease, I never felt pressured or rushed at all, and no details were overlooked. They go above and beyond! I would highly recommend SMP.

The sales rep was very knowlageable and very helpful and well as the finance guy overall it was a great experice. They allowed my family hangout and shop for a really long time and they helped ua get exactly the vehicle we wanted. We havent had to deal with warrenty stuff or anything like that seeing how we only had our new ride for 2 days so i cant review that.

Cleanup done on used vehicle purchased was disappointing. Inside of windshield was left unclean, polish used on upholstery was not wiped off & same on overhead areas.

I just bought a vehicle from Dan Barrett from Smp in Saskatoon. He was very friendly and helpful in helping me find the vehicle I was looking for.

Sales - I've always bought used cars, so I've never had the new(er) car sales experience before, so this is probably VERY typical and exactly as GM expects, but I was quoted one price for my trade in, a price for the purchase, monthly payment amount, and an interest rate. As soon as I got in the room with the "Closer" (financier I suppose?) everything changed. There are a lot of options that are pushed and must be decided on the spot, and once you're in that little office, the pressure to sign now is quite intense. I felt hustled into a payment amount I wasn't expecting - I'll stick with used from now on.

Service Centre - they know their stuff, and they give rides to and from work, but the repair costs are too high. 1 battery, 1 door latch, inspection, interior clean, transmission hose, transmission flush = $1500.

I went to SMP on this past Tuesday buying my first vehicle. I had went to other dealerships before had but got no service and didn t really see anything that I liked, but when I was looking around at smp not even a minute had past and a salesperson named Chris came up and asked if we needed any help. Chris told us that the east side was new vehicles and the west side of the parking lot and behind the building were pre owned vehicles. A week prior I was on the smp chev website looking at cars.I filled out my information and right away Trevor had phoned me wanting to talk about financing. All together it was an amazing experience.

Jarrett (sales) and Logan (financing) were amazing with my latest vehicle. I walked in with an older 2015 SUV and walked out with a 2019 SUV that same day! They were kind, relatable, and just all around great guys. 4/4 dentists would recommend!

Generally we had a very positive experience with one big caveat. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive. They negotiated quite a bit which surprised me. The one big concern we had was their use if monthly payment as their basis if negotiation. This leads to not being aware of what fees and incentives are being applied. When we did our final negotiation they agreed to reduce the total price by an additional $700 but when they presented the monthly payment the numbers didn't add up and we spent an additional half hour making sure they honored our deal. Their explanation of the discrepancy did not make sense so make sure you check all of tour numbers before signing.

Used Allen and he did everything for me and definitely did his job perfectly

I feel like I was constantly being overcharged by SMP. The last time I went there, I got a diagnosis for my oil leak (costing me $80), and they then told me it was going to be $745 of labour for a $30 part. They said it would take 4-5 hours to replace, causing the cost to be so high. I called around to other shops, and all of them told me the time to replace this part should take less than 2 hours. I ended up getting this part replaced at a different shop, and it took them 1.5 hours and costed me $189. I am very done being overcharged by SMP.

SMP is the place to go! From corresponding with online to buying my brand new car, they were professional and great to deal with. The best experience I have had here in Saskatoon!

Typically great service with accommodating shuttle service. Booked appointment 5 days prior and on arrival this morning there was nothing in the system about appointment. When booking, the service person over the phone seemed inattentive and just prior to hanging up could heard yelling and joking to a coworker. Not professional. Previous good experiences. They still scheduled me in but surprise my truck is not done today now. Dealt with Clint in service on arrival and he was great. Knowledgeable and seemed like he actually cared, also was a tech for many years and it shows!

Purchase of 2013 Equinox.

I wanted to upgrade to a newer Equinox so I went to see Ben Roberts. Ben helped me find a 2013 model that suited my needs perfectly. Then Nicole, his assistant was very patient and helpful going through all of the technical information when I picked it up. Was awesome, got a poor deal with service at tiger automotive when wanting my levelling kit installed-that I bought from them. Went across the street to SMP without an appointment and immediately was accepted that day and had it installed. Great service.

Great experience. Friendly staff. Dan Barrett was awesome to deal with. I wanted to give 4.5 stars but not sure how to do that. Buying my 2017 Kia Sorento EX turbo from here was great. Would give 5 stars but they didn't give my first tank of gas full like another GM dealership offers.

I purchased a 2017 Silverado from SMP this summer. Love the truck!!!
I got the maximum tow package and it did a fantastic job hauling my fifth wheel camper on a trip through Colorado this summer. The brake controller and grade descent control worked fantastic. The 10900 pound tow capacity of this truck really shines. They went out of their way to find a hard to find truck out of province and arrange shipping to Saskatoon.

I had a terrible experience. ..I bought a brand new camaro zl1. It is a rare and expensive car which they had to get from Alberta. Once it got here they did not bring it to the show room to clean and detail the car, they delivered it to brads towing wear house. I had to do my walk around there in the dark building. It had scratches all over the car which they promised to remove with power polishing. I had to arrange to get it home from the wear house and once I got it home and sat in the car it had no owners manual. Plus let me add that the finance guy called to ask when I would like my payments to happen, so I told him my payday and when I went to sign the papers he had made the date one day before I'm paid. I asked him if he could change and he told me no and that I could call the bank and do it myself after the first payment comes out. So after an hour on the phone with the bank I finally had it changed. Finally the gas tank was empty.... this is the worst dealer experience I have ever had.

Although I did not end up buying the car I liked from SMP owing to my budget limit, the service I received from the staff, especially Carlos and Dennis, was tremendously great.
