The counselor tells me that she can do nothing for me, explains the procedure. She does not listen to my words and recites me the internal procedure as a lesson learned by heart resembling a parrot. She informs me that if I do not follow her words to the letter, I will not be reimbursed. Tone up. In the end, I did his research. Thanks to the postman, I was able to get the person in charge of the sorting center to whom I explained my problem and who found the package. Sarenza is a benchmark in terms of shoes!
I really have nothing to reproach them for (apart from the fact that the promotional codes only work on a single order, except, sometimes, after reflection, I really want to add other pairs but a little expensive without the reduction ...)
Packages always received within 24 hours, refunds or exchanges are made without bad faith.
Customer service is attentive and respectful.

"24h delivery", misleading advertising. They take 24 hours to SHIP the package after the order, then in the email we receive when it is shipped, they tell us that the delivery is "estimated" for within 24 hours. It is therefore not a delivery in 24 hours but in 48 (theoretically eh, I have not yet received anything !!).

For a Chronopost delivery, followed by my package impossible, they had to crash by typing the shipping number. When we charge 6 for delivery costs, we make sure to offer a correct service to the customer.

So it was my first and last order at Sarenza. Roll me over once but not twice.

As said below, when it goes well, it must be said too! for my part, I am (for now, in any case!) absolutely satisfied with this commercial site. Delivery has always been very fast (except Black Friday, but at least I received an apology email with a small reduction!), Returns are easier and refunds are quick. I understand that it does not go so well with all customers, but I just found it a little unfortunate that the dissatisfied, although they probably have a reason to be, are over-represented in the reviews.

I returned a pair of shoes because the sole barely peeled off outside.
We are talking about kickers shoes.
I have photos of my shoes before sending them back on July 1st (proof of post) to avoid any questioning of the irreproachable condition of the shoes.
On 7/22, I received an email telling me that my shoes were sent for verification.
It is the 31st and I have no answer.
Which means no refund, no exchange, no credit.
What should I do? As I bought these shoes for an amount of 50 euros. This implies that the shipping costs are not reimbursed and therefore I already have a loss since only 44 euros will perhaps be reimbursed.
The little contact I had with them was pleasant by email but impossible to speak to anyone.
I guess the site is fine so obviously you don't have to go back.
In any case, I will no longer recommend on this site after solving this problem.

Customer for many years, I would never order on this site whose customer relationship is execrable.
15 days without receiving a package expected for the birthday of my daughter and no refund because the package can not be found at their carrier Chronopost. As long as the package is not returned by Chronopost there is no refund even if you are not for nothing. 100 euros stolen and customer service trained to mechanical answers.
When we see the service Amazon or Zalando they should change their process. When we treat a customer who orders regularly and has already spent thousands of euros at home, we pay attention to the customer relationship. In the meantime, I think to file a complaint for theft.

Great drama, again a foreign company that is trying to establish itself on Dutch soil.
All shielded, Dutch telephone number and an Nl e-mail address with PO box number and just sell money.

Providing service is not an option, thinking along is impossible, playing hide and seek in the event of problems. Packages disappear like snow in the sun and they do not make repayments.

So quality more than mediocre: manufacturing defect or false supergas? I do not know. Last week I retry my luck, I order two pairs of the same shoe and a third pair different. I get one of the two identical pairs, the third pair but never the second identical pair: I am replaced by a pair of shoes that I had never ordered and which is not even my size yet the three pairs of my order were well debited. I know this will be like every other review. But it's true. They're a waste of time. Ordered it 3 days before Eid. They promised with 4 working days. Had to wear my old ones. 4 days passed and they emailed saying there has a technical fault and difficulty in shipping the items from the warehouse. One days later, email arrived saying the item has been shipped from France and should arrive within 2 days. Extremely poor service. Even the customer service representative, Katrina, said sorry, once the order has been confirmed, we cannot refund the money.

Two orders placed two days apart on 17 and 19/12 never arrived. Without any real reason, the transporter did not go to the identified package relay and returned the packages to Sarenza. Since then, I am awaiting my reimbursement .... This is only activated when the items arrive at the warehouse. Unfortunately these have been in transit for a very, very long time.
The debit was made at the time of sending and not at reception. Practical for Sarenza who protects himself from the problems encountered by the transporter with whom the brand has made a contract. Chronopost and Sarenza pass the buck.
I have contacted customer services (Sarenza and transporter) a dozen times since December 19. I am always told the same thing "be patient". They are said to comply with the GTC but nothing is indicated concerning a failure to deliver. It imposes a deadline corresponding to that of my right of withdrawal but I am not concerned. Despite the many negative reviews (also on other websites), I had ordered a pair of winter boots from Sarenza this winter. Why? Because I only found the boots in this version there for a fair price, I think. I accepted possible complications and no receipt of the goods or wrong goods.
However, the dispatch and delivery took place within a reasonable period of time. The boots fit in size and were as described. I was lucky this time!
I do not know if I will order from Sarenza again. My opinion is somewhat tarnished by some reports, hence a star deduction.

Order placed, goods never received after three weeks (no wonder when you choose Chronopost as your carrier!). One month after ordering, still no refund. Customer service really not up to par, forced to make a request for mediation with the FEVAD. It was the first and LAST order from this merchant. I return to Amazon, there is never a problem at least, with this company.
