My account was created yesterday and, in order to prevent any identity theft - dixit Sarenza - I had it closed today after taking care to cancel my order # 08973838. Ah yes, I forgot to tell you that to place an order with Sarenza, you have to show your freedom: have your order 'certified' by providing a fixed telephone number (not the mobile, the fixed eh) in order to be called back to verify that it is you who placed the said order. Do not forget to ask for a leave in order to patiently wait for Sarenza's call on the fixed line of your home and have your order certified . Then, only then, your order will be validated by Sarenza ... Making a transaction on your bank's ultra-secure website or, better, placing an order with Amazon or Zara will be much less tedious, believe me!
