Parcels sent to the wrong address and Sarenza refu...

Parcels sent to the wrong address and Sarenza refuses to reimburse me: customer service asks me to make a return (of a parcel that I did not receive, therefore) to make a possible refund! ... Impossible to '' obtain a satisfactory response from the account manager despite several discussions. Customer service is not up to par on this one, I do not recommend.
