Too bad there is no possibility of putting zero stars ....
Two orders placed two days apart on 17 and 19/12 never arrived. Without any real reason, the transporter did not go to the identified package relay and returned the packages to Sarenza. Since then, I am awaiting my reimbursement .... This is only activated when the items arrive at the warehouse. Unfortunately these have been in transit for a very, very long time.
The debit was made at the time of sending and not at reception. Practical for Sarenza who protects himself from the problems encountered by the transporter with whom the brand has made a contract. Chronopost and Sarenza pass the buck.
I have contacted customer services (Sarenza and transporter) a dozen times since December 19. I am always told the same thing "be patient". They are said to comply with the GTC but nothing is indicated concerning a failure to deliver. It imposes a deadline corresponding to that of my right of withdrawal but I am not concerned. Sarenza did not provide me with the items I paid for. I highly recommend this brand. The interest of the client is probably not their concern. A council flee.
