I returned a pair of shoes because the sole barely peeled off outside.
We are talking about kickers shoes.
I have photos of my shoes before sending them back on July 1st (proof of post) to avoid any questioning of the irreproachable condition of the shoes.
On 7/22, I received an email telling me that my shoes were sent for verification.
It is the 31st and I have no answer.
Which means no refund, no exchange, no credit.
What should I do? As I bought these shoes for an amount of 50 euros. This implies that the shipping costs are not reimbursed and therefore I already have a loss since only 44 euros will perhaps be reimbursed.
The little contact I had with them was pleasant by email but impossible to speak to anyone.
I guess the site is fine so obviously you don't have to go back.
In any case, I will no longer recommend on this site after solving this problem.

I got a refund for the price of the shoes on 9/7 by sending an email to another address.
