Very disappointing service from Sarenza this morni...

Very disappointing service from Sarenza this morning. The company refused to add an item to my order. It disappeared from my cart when I went to pay, but reappeared on the site soon after. It should be possible to add to my delivery without my having to pay a second delivery fee, but this request was refused, as was the request to speak to a supervisor.
