Pitiful !!! I made an order and I receive shoes already worn by someone with dog hair and hair ... the shoes were stained with foundation also on the laces. After that I contact the service and there I am just given a 30% reduction. What idea since when we allow ourselves to treat people like that? Please never order on this site. I do not hide my identity I fully assume my speech and do not hide my name. The customer service lady tells me that she can't do more .... 30% for a pair at 50 euros.
