Overall, I had a great experience here. Spent four days attending an excellent conference. I decided not to rent a car as the conference was running about 10 hrs a day inside the hotel. I ate most of my meals on site. The staff was awesome! Polite, helpful, smiling throughout. The food was good. This conference had 1000 attendees and the hotel put on a buffet for lunches and dinners in the sports bar. Reasonably priced, with two types of salad (not just iceberg lettuce), a starch, seasonal vegetables, and two kinds of protein (chicken breast and a fish-usually salmon but I did enjoy the sword fish too), plus soup of the day. My room was small with a view of the side and roof of the building next door. I requested a queen room or a king (they were listed as choices I could pick in the registration process) and a special request of a fridge. My room had two full sized beds (vs. queen). I really didn't expect them to provide the fridge, so that wasn't a big disappointment. Generally, it was a small room. Big enough for one person but if four people stay in that room, I hope they are comfortable in a cramped environment and know each other very well. Housekeeping may have been overwhelmed unfortunately. I wanted my room made up the second day, and the trash emptied. But Housekeeping had not made it to my room when I come in at 7:30 pm. The front desk sent someone to empty the trash while I was at dinner (at my request). The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the sliding glass door for the fresh air. Picture is from the 15 inch wide balcony, looking at the rollercoaster and tower drop rides at Great America. Would I stay here again? Not that room. But I would at this hotel.
The place is very well organised and had lot of space... A resort like yet the best hotel experience
Professional staff. Clean, appropriate meeting rooms perfect for a professional setting. Enjoyed my time here.
They desperately need to upgrade their hvac in the roo.s, noisy and dysfunctional
Hotel was very nice. Navigation to my room was a kind of a maze until I got used to it. Great location too.
Excellent on-site restaurant, given that the hotel is sort of out of the way. Parcel 104 has the kind of service and plating that you would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant, but with much more reasonable prices.
Very nice hotel in close proximity to the San Jose airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room and facilities were clean and well-kept. Nice lobby bar as well!
It was ok for a after concert get a drink stop. The drinks was good, but the food wasn't worth the price
The Marriott staff here are super friendly and accommodating! Great place to stay.
Great hotel, with well kept rooms and friendly staff. I was in a first floor room and it included a patio overlooking the courtyard, which was nice and unexpected.
Great hotel. Awesome aumbiace, very contemporary and recently renovated. Great lobby to host clients etc.
The biggest mistake you can ever do is give Marriott your phone number and I'll call you for the next 10 years sell your phone number to telemarketers do not stay there
Clean hotel with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Attentive and friendly service.
Recommended if you have to visit the area.
This is a great place to stay when you need a home away from home. The room was recently renovated as well as the lobby and lounge area. We enjoyed drinks and great bites for dinner. The recommendation from our waiter was an incredible mouth watering dish that I would love to try again.
Great Marriott property. Clean & well maintained. Outstanding staff. Thank you for a great stay !
DON T stay here!! Rude front desk, maids steal from your room and the rooms are OLD!!! Paid $400 a night and lost $200 plus from the maids. $600 for way below par place.
A lot of amenities not included. Such as a microwave, a fridge, and free parking
Great easy location to get to. Meeting rooms were updated recently and are very nice. Currently there is a refresh happening in the lobby so there is some construction going on.
Overall the stay was good, Characters bar and grill was good, but housekeeping could use some work
Top notch hotel with a good bar and restaurant. I found everyone working there to be friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and new for the most part. Bed was comfy. I woke recommend you stay here next time you are in town.
The rooms were kind of small especially the bathroom
Hello,
I was given your email by the front desk and hope that, if this is not the correct destination for such an email, you will forward it along to where it belongs. My name is Jenica Adlard. I was with your hotel for 4 days this past weekend as the Event Administrator for the Dean's Insiders Financial Event. I wanted to let you know how incredible your staff was for us and that they created a weekend of ease for my team and I. I first had contact with Coleen Lam who responded promptly any time I reached out to her and treated my boss and I to some complimentary treats, which could not be more appreciated after a long evening of event prep. Coleen made sure we were well taken care of and I had at least 5 more of your staff introduce themselves to our team the first morning we were there, offering their assistance and help. Juanita, who I believe is in a different department, was a joy to work with as well. She help us multiple times with catering and room service.
I am sure you have heard it before but you have an incredible group working for you and I cannot wait until we do another event at your hotel. Thanks so much for doing what you do. Doing a different event at a different hotel each weekend, all over the states, I really have learned to love the people like those on your team. You stand out among the crowd and it's appreciated immensely
Cheers!

A good hotel with good infrastructure nearby, but what I really disliked was the audibility, the windows practically do not protect from the noise that can come from the nearest large streets.
The area around the hotel is very well appointed, clean, pleasing to the eye.
The rooms are small but comfortable enough to stay here for a few nights without any problems.
Another nuance that I encountered - sometimes it was very difficult to find your room, the hotel is very large, and immediately understanding which of the corridors you need is a problem. We need more signs and markings :)
My experience with the Santa Clara Marriott was great. Check in was a breeze. The room was to perfection and even when I send a package they took note and set it up on my room. 10/10 would recommend.
It was great! I had a spacious room with a master bedroom and a little balcony with a huge window overlooking the garden and other rooms. The room and the place was really clean.
POOR customer service and that is why I do not give them 5 stars. The girl that checked me in had no clue of what she was doing! When I asked where I parked and where I could go from there to the room...she didn't know.
Self parking is $15.00 daily and she said plus taxes...well my bill for 2 nights was $30.00 parking total. So who made the mistake? What she said or the bill????
Great location, lobby finally got updated, close to most places within SV, be sure to reserve early to get a better rate
Great location for Levi Stadium. Very dated accommodations and seemed unclean. Too expensive for the experience.
Friendly staff but no safe, fridge, or microwave, and lobby is a construction zone. Ridiculously softl/plush bed.
Always a nice place to say during our annual conference.
I used the mobile checkin and app room key. App key was not working somehow. Requested a higher floor but got a 3F with no view at all. Used the app requested toothpaste and shaving cream, was able to get them quickly. Food service is good, you can choose to pickup your food which will save you $5 delivery charge. Self parking is $17 per day. I got a false fire alarm once around 10pm, not a complain because safety is the most important thing
Big hotel. Nice beds. Older baths. Small gym. Good elite breakfast.
Good clean rooms in a good location. Our room on the ground floor is small, but convenient. TV in the room has "smart TV" apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Super convenient to companies in the Santa Clara region. Can be overpriced quickly because it sells out regularly. Actual property is just slightly better than average as walls/paint/lobby/decor look outdated.
The hotel has a great lobby with really comfy seating, plenty of space to work, free Wi-Fi, and a Starbucks!
We had a great breakfast at the restaurant. Great service and good food if a bit pricey.
The room is nice, but it's missing a lot of the things that I enjoy about Marriott such as the free Wi-Fi and coffee.
I can learn something from the best western hotels. Good beds. Friendly and helpful staff.
The Santa Clara Marriott was a great place to relax after work. the rooms are very clean and the location is perfect and close to Santa Clara University. my stay was lavished with good drinks and service
Came here for a seminar. Validated parking fee costed $7 (vs $12). Nice lunch and clean meeting rooms and facilities
Attended parcel 104 for a work lunch. Fantastic food and great staff.
Accommodations were very nice, bed was very comfortable.. they have Vallet, and just about anything u need in case u forgot to bring something from home.
Not bad. Looking forward to see how the renovations improve it!
Comfortable beds, beautiful out door resteraunt however waiter ignored us until we left. Our time there was otherwise lovely - as has been my previous visits.
Pretty great, got upgraded to the hospitality suite and complimentary parking cause I checked in online
I only we to Arcadia, the restaurant below the hotel. It was great. Perfectly cooked and seasoned steaks.
Scott at the front desk is definitely an asset to your property! My partner and I arrived late for our stay during the week of Aug. 16th! From the door, Scott was ready to exceed our expectations! Although it was late, he still gave us an overview of the property, mentioned all of the major amenities, anticipated our needs by offering luggage assistance, and even offered us complimentary drink vouchers as a welcome! He additionally provided us complimentary breakfast as an added bonus and gave us his card and told us to reach out to him if we needed anything else! This is by the far the best service I ve ever received and I hold myself to very high level of service! To later find out he was with the company for only a month is mind blowing! I will be looking for him each and every time I stay with the Santa Clara Marriott! It felt like talking to my best friend all while being professional at the same time!
Excited to see that they have a pool with a lap lane. My room is acceptable, nothing amazing, but nothing wrong.
Location is good and it has its own Hertz rental which is great to have everything in the same place. Venue is massive and has a certain labyrinth feeling to its corridors. Rooms are clean and decent size.
Rooms in Travelodge style from yesteryear at the price of the Ritz. Roomservice for a charge deliverd in a bag with more waste than any fast food take out. Very good front desk staff.
Like any other Marriott, as far as I could tell. Excellent all aroud, at his price point.
I was there for a seminar and everyone was very nice and helpful
Very attentive and friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms. Excellent conference service.
I was there for a conference. Excellent service and great sized rooms. Food was great and parking is near (with a fee)
