Had a date night at Parcel 104. Food was great, service was fair, atmosphere was 'nice hotel restaurant chic'. Wife and I swapped cocktails and were happier for it. Try the 'Eggplant "lasagna"' while it's in season.

Seriously dated. Ordered food- wrong 3 times. Called manager and he offered to replace the same food yet again or let me come down to eat for free. So after 2 hours of waiting I could now walk down and get it myself for free? Yeah- no I don't think so. Stay somewhere else if at all possible!

Every single staff member that I came across in this hotel were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble from the cleaning staff to security and reception. My bed was super comfortable and the power-shower was great. My reason for only a 4 star rating is because of all the construction work going on, and because finding my room on the first day was very confusing. The staff were definitely 5 star though.

The Santa Clara Marriott was conveniently located near several restaurants and was a great choice in terms of distance from Levi's stadium( I was attending a concert there later in the night). The rooms were comfortable and service was quick and efficient.

Nice rooms, good housekeeping services. Disappointed that there wasnt a refrigerator in our room. Our party booked together, but our rooms were on opposite sides of the premises. Pool, bar, lobby were very nice. Had a small balcony that over looked the courtyard which was very relaxing. Would have expected more amenities if I'm paying $400/night...

If you are not limited to convention and/or busy times, I'm sure the price is acceptable, however the hotel itself hasn't been updated since 1970s. Cottage cheese walls, loud and annoying single air conditioning units. Not very convenient to convention center, airport, restaurants as I would have liked. I stay in a ton of Marriotts, but would not stay here again if there are other options. Even courtyards are more updated.

Public parking at Levi's stadium is the worst
possible scenarios I've ever experienced! 100s of yellow jacketed parking and traffic controllers don't where anything is or how to get there. AND, the law enforcement are not much better. Especially for someone who is In a wheelchair as was my passenger. Never again I say, no matter who is performing or playing there even if someone gave me tickets. Also an hour wait to get a very expensive hot dog. No thanks Levi's Stadium!!!

They have several different areas where rooms are located. Nicer ones (read renovated and clean) rooms are in north tower. Rude staff, not friendly and act if they are obliging you by having you stay over.. pathetic.. will never stay back here... two different rooms I was assigned was unclean and in need of serious repair. For what it s worth, I m gold with SPG and that should carry some meaning to hotel staff to assign better rooms to their loyal customers.

Luxurious and pleasant environment. Excellent room, with comfortable beds and very clean bathroom.
This season (June, July, August) is great for enjoying the hotel pool. Adjacent is one of the best parks in California.

I've been at the Santa Clara Marriott during 3 nights. The room was perfect with 2 comfortable king size beds. Everything was very clean and the room was cleaned everyday. I would like to thank the employees whose were so kind with us. I recommend the Santa Clara Marriot for those would like to sleep well and appreciate the Silicon Valley.

This hotel is always so accommodating and friendly. Food is great, too! I stay in a lot of Marriotts & I know they all supposedly have the same mattresses so it may be in my head, but this one has got to have the most comfortable beds ever, seriously! I never want to leave! Be warned if you have to wake up early. The front desk agent, I believe her name is Nancy, is super. Great service from every employee, valet and bar included. Thanks so much for making my stay comfortable & enjoyable.

One of the Valets tried to fight my driver when I was being dropped off, at 10am on a Friday. Apparently the valet was upset we weren't there to park and called my driver stupid for wasting his time. Absolutely the weirdest, unnecessary experience. The rooms are nice but the staff are strange...

For context: I was a guest of a professional conference, not a guest at the hotel, however the audio/visual team were employees/contractors of the hotel and they did a horrid job. There were tons of technical difficulties, microphones not being live, audio feedback, motion sickness inducing camera coverage, etc. In addition the service of the staff was adequate, but not excellent. Again, my experience was limited, but those were my observations.

Room was clean. Close driving proximity to California's Great America. Service was not good. Advertised shuttle to Great America but there wasn't one. Employee told us to leave car in their parking lot and walk "right across the street" to spend the day in Great America. The park was across the street but the entrance was 1 1/2 miles down the street and and the corner. Then at the end of the day when we tried to get our car, they wouldn't let it out of the parking lot. Manager corrected the problem but can't recommend this hotel based on all the problems we encountered.

This hotel is one of the last places I would recommend. Your almost paying over 200 hundred a night for a bed and basic cable. You have to pay for internet, food, and the only thing that is free is parking with the price your paying you would expect a continental breakfast, free wifi, a microwave or even a sink for the basic things you need to do.Your balcony is like the size of your foot and if you want a bigger balcony you have to pay extra. The service was poor, the key they gave us didn't work so we had to wait for them to fix it and we had to keep calling for them to bring in the extra bed hours later. I would have expected a lot more from a four star hotel but I guess most people are satisfied with this hotel as it is. In conclusion I would give this hotel 2.5 stars and am in the known not to come here again.

Returned after 1 year plus and found some parts of the hotel has been refurbished. There's a new bar counter in the centre of the lobby which made it look very lively. I was being put into one of the refurbished rooms and found the rooms to be fresh and appeared brighter than previously which is great! The Marriott staffs at this hotel are also very friendly and helpful, attentive to guest's request promptly.
