My girls had a fantastic time.. They wanted to stay all day!!!

I came to sandcastles today with my family and has such a good time even though it was busy we still managed to go on all the slides,the staff went out of there way for me and my family....i shall be recommending sandcastles to my family and I'll be returning again soon

Expensive entry but great fun. Have to get the hyper zone wristband for the best slides

I'm totally disgusted at the allowing of naked swimmers. For adults and children in a child friendly place. I will not be visiting this again. What happened to Safeguarding children

Brilliant fun at the accessible evening, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Not too busy and very clean

Ok, but expensive and busy with poor parking. Worth it if you're hammering the slides all day.

Once you're inside it's very entertaining for kids and adults alike. Unfortunately the 3 hour queue to get in was ridiculous. People were pushing in all the time and the management did very little to monitor or manage the situation. Even when I pointed out a group that had jumped to the front of the queue to the duty manager, my comments were dismissed and nothing was done. Its because of this and the effect it had on the overall experience that I have to give it a low rating. Why they don't have fixed sessions i can't understand! Very disappointing for my daughter on her birthday. Tip: Book online to skip the queue but you have to do it the day before at the latest.

We was there first time with Our little one (2 years old) and thought we will enjoy Our day, but finished with big tears in kids eyes. He was terrified from noise and didnt wanted to go himself just in Our arms. So more or less we More

Such an amazing tourist attraction, you could easily spend the entire day here. The covid measures put into place make it feel like the safest place to be!

Cos my disabled son love's it to bit's, bit stricked on getting in I was turned away bank holiday Monday cos I had 2 under 8yrs in my care

went with my grandson and his friends they absolutely loved it it's a bit expensive but a great day out the cafeteria and bar are not bad either

Great wait I spend the whole day. You can take a picnic or buy while you're there. Lots to do without having to pay for the add ons. Great for all ages.

Great day at the sandcastle good value for money if u make a full day of it

My Son loved it here. A bit expensive for the tickets when you add on for the extra 4 slides but a happy bunny nevertheless. Drinks not cheap inside either.

Had a really good day out for a birthday party I booked would recommend all the children loved it & so did the parents too

Wanted to try it out for as we were having a family visit at Blackpool. Amazed at the length of the queue thank god we booked online! we got to the changing rooms it stank of dirt and pee the floor was covered with dirt and even nappies! When we eventually got to the pool we could barely move definitely not for swimmers the slides were good though. When we got to the food place the floor was covered in food and the table was covered in food. Definitely NEVER going back.

Had a great time with the kids... loads of fun to be had... even for the adults

Been a long time since I visited this place, it's had a really good make over. They have added slides and shoots, a half pipe thing. Still have a wave pool and lazy river thing. All the facilities where excellent, can down the whole day in there

It's fine for children, and adults alike, if a fun pool environment is what you want.

We spent all day here not cheap to get in but we'll worth it everyone enjoyed it from 6-36year old

I expected much more for this price :(nothing special) better take your kids to the beach.

Best waterpark in the UK in my opinion have been many times and the one bad things is the queues, I highly recommend coming here in the off season.

Absolutely amazing place to visit. Plenty to do for all ages. The changing facilities were clean and very accessible to the park.There s a range of slides and they are so fun. Please note that it is normally busy but where isn t in Blackpool! If your older and you enjoy the more big rides, I would buy a pass for it because if you don t you can t go on them and there wouldn t be much to do if not. It is quite expensive but worth it. Food is reasonably priced though. I would definitely go back!!!

Absolutely brilliant staff very helpful and are extremely good at there job showers not so great but slides are fab great day out time flys when your there would definitely go again.

This is an amazing day out, I went with a group if friends in our early 20's and we all had a really good day. The slides were brilliant and there is plenty of them. The waiting times went too bad as well and we managed to get on all the rides a few times. The spa was a nice treat too and good value for money really. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I Will be going back.

Fabulous splashy fun with kids, my 3 year old went in clinging to me like a limpet and left confidently splashing around and jumping about... my 9 year old loved it here, my husband turned into a child and I had so much fun even though I ended up with 3 kids

It's very nice inside and offer lots of fun but I would probably prefer if you take in to account that you are not in London so the prices are little bit overkill. If you want charge that much, don't limit people to 3 hours. Its very disappointing as some people travelling from far away, even if they have more affordable options right on their doorstep. Don't kill Blackpool. Be more competitive and the happy tourists will save the slowly dying city.

Brilliant we got straight in stayed there all day totally brilliant experience my two kids loved it so much so much to keep everyone happy and entertained nest water park in uk by far

Great place, large selection of slides, great fun for all the family. My two and a half year old loved it.

Really enjoy this waterpark however i think that they need to put more bigger rides in the park. The spa was a nice part of our day as well. The food there was nice as well and we enjoyed the pool and the rapids.

Great early season - with no queues for any ride!!!

Excellent! I absolutely loved this place. A friend asked me beforehand if it was worth the price since it's just a pool. Now I can tell him that it was totally worth it. It's not just a pool. It's a water park with all types of slides that will make you scream, twist and turn your body and redefine "pool slide".

Me and my friends went today and thought we'd stay for 2 hours max. We ended up staying over 4 hours.

They do not allow food brought in from outside unless it is for religious reasons (Halal, Kosher, etc.). They have a restaurant that serves burgers, hotdogs, fries; as well as hot and cold drinks.

Facilities are good and toilets clean and tidy. Staff are friendly.

Just had a great day out here.
If anything the extra fee to go on the larger slides is a little steep. As is the food pricing bearing in mind you've already paid quite a lot to get in to the water park.
Over all we had a good day out between the 7 of us. Would of been 5 star for certain if prices were just a tad less.

It was all I expected and more, you are kept entertained all the time, really good and I will be returning.

I had a great day out here! The rides were thrilling and awesome! I would definitely recommend this place. Some slides were calming for when you were in need of a rest and it was just a great experience for the whole family! If you are planning to visit the waterpark then I would recommend arriving when it first opens to avoid most of the queues and make sure you get to go on everything that you want to since it gets very busy around lunchtime. If you are ever in Blackpool you must come here and I will guarantee that you will have a great time!

My expectations exceeded reality. The queues were insane even just to get in the venue whether you pre booked or not. They extended the opening times because it was so busy and this was supposed to be off peak!
We struggled to stay later than 2:30, theres not enough to do with smaller kids.
The wave machine was fun, but I literally nearly killed my daughter on the blue and yellow slide because we had to go on together and I couldn't control my balance.

Great slides and decent enough food, but seems to be operating well over capacity and as a result can be extremely busy. The facilities just can't accommodate for the amount of people that are allowed inside and it negatively impacts the experience as a result.

Despite this, the staff are very friendly and help keep the waterpark from descending into chaos during its busiest hours. However, no amount of staff can completely control what must be nearly a thousand people in a place designed for no more than a few hundred.

I apologise for this overly critical review, I just feel that the issues with overcrowding need to be addressed somewhat in order for guests to fully enjoy their experience - especially given that the entry fee is fairly high.

Visited on 16/8/18;not enough changing cubicles for the numbers of families using,decided to use there burger outlet and had to wait 40 mins for 2 very overpriced very average kids meals and 2 adult meals, the girl next to us waited even More

So fun. I thought it would be all slides but it's not, they have a kiddie pool and proper pool, didn't go on all slides though (due to fear) my son went on most and loved them. Had to pay extra for my son to go on the huge slide and he didn't want to in end don't understand why have to pay extra for that slide and the spa aswell (didn't go in spa so don't know what it was like), but other than that it was great and good value.

I love this place, my personal favourite was the Aztec Falls. I like that you can put money on your wireless wrist bands for food when buying the tickets, it saves you from going back and forth to the lockers with your wallet.

The kids absolutely loved it! The only reason I gave it a 4, is because for people like me (who have fibromyalgia) some of the rides stairs can be way too much and some rides are a bit painful. But for the young and healthy person, it's perfect.

Without doubt the best waterpark I have been too in the UK. First class facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, all the rides were working and the theming of them was brilliant! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Quite a lot of things to do. Get the wristband where you can go on every slide tho because otherwise you re very limited it s not that much more money to buy the wristband. Food inside is quite pricey.

Really fab . Loads of fun rides. Worth the hyperzone for older kids and adults if you plan on staying all day .food about 6 pound for kids meal 8 ish for an adult meal. Slush 3.50 (may 2019). Clean park. Friendly helpful staff. Water and rides very well supervised. Very impressed . We brought kids ages 1-16 all had a blast ! . Even has buggy storage with cameras . Human dryer available too ! Awesome.
