I have worked as a locum Social Worker for 11 years. I am registered with several recruitment agencies, to maximise my opportunities. Without question, Carly is the most professional, responsive and pro active consultant that I have worked with. Hence I try to keep my contracts with Service Care Solutions. I have even moved agency to Service Care Solutions mid contract, as Carly just never lets me down. Carly listens and most importantly she cares. If you want a consultant who will do as they say and be honest with you, even if it isn't what you want to hear at times, Carly is that consultant. 100% would recommend Carly.

Louise Rutter who is my consultant for about 10 months is easy to work with because she has good communication skills. I have enjoyed working with Louise and feel much appreciated. Louise has managed to forge a good working relationship with me and I feel safe to discuss work issues with her. I do hope other people do recognise how focussed and person centred she is. Service Care Solutions has been a brilliant Recruitment Agency since I first knew about them in November 2019. Since securing a job with Rugby Borough Council through S.C.S in December 2019, it has been a fruitful and mutual relationship. Lee McMillan who is my Consultant is a down-to-earth professional, who constantly sends me highly educative/informative information both about job opportunities and other prevalent issues, like the current Covid'19 Pandemic. I first worked with Service Care Solutions / SCS in 2014, as one of our contracted agencies for temporary qualified probation staff, when working at London Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC). During my year there I worked with Stuart, Andy, Hamza and others at SCS and can sincerely say that I enjoyed dealing with everyone in the team throughout. SCS were often able to provide staff to work in London at very short notice.

The agency were instrumental in sourcing candidates for a London CRC Recruitment Fair event in January 2015, which resulted in the retraining and subsequent placement of 11 qualified social workers as probation service officers across London.

In May 2016, I was placed via SCS in a contract role working for a local authority in London. I have dealt with Ryan, who has been an excellent consultant to deal with. He has been polite, friendly and professional, answered my many queries promptly and as with everyone else I have dealt with in the past, comes highly recommended.

In summary, SCS are an excellent agency with expertise in placing candidates in a variety of different sectors and from a candidate's perspective, have been a pleasure to deal with.

Shockingly bad legal recruiter.

I own a law firm and am looking for an experienced divorce lawyer who can deal primarily with divorce and the financial settlements look for a divorce. I received a CV from these guys about family lawyer. From a CV, it didn t look like this particular was likely to have anywhere near strong enough experience on divorce and financial settlements so I called the recruiter up to query this. She assured me that the candidate was highly experienced in this area. I arranged a quick call with the candidate to test her out she was lovely but virtually the first thing she said, volunteering it to me before I really asked any questions, with that she only could cover basic divorce and not complicated financial settlements. A fact, which she said she had told the recruiter.

End of conversation. The shortest ever interview I ve managed in 25 years. Wasted my time and hers.

My conclusion the team leader I dealt with at this recruitment agency was either dishonest and desperate for her fee - or completely incompetent.

Service care are efficient they are able to find me shift I will highly recommend them to any nurse who wants to work . Mark and Andrew are brilliant

I am a locum worker, and my consultant is Delanie Heyes. She has a professional but friendly approach, and we have worked together for a number of years. She contacts me on a regular basis to review things and also keeps me fully informed of any new positions that might be of interest to me or any new changes within my field of work. She has successfully placed me with a number of interesting roles, and her relationship with employers is so good that I have had no trouble with finding work through her. In regards to wages, Delanie ensures that my timesheet is submitted on time and that my payments are processed in good time. I have recommended Service Care Solutions to a number of friends and colleagues as a result of my good experiences.

I was first contacted by SCS early 2019 when looking for my first job. I didn t even have to do the job hunting as it was all done for me! I sent my CV to Natasha Ward and an interview was set up within the first week of doing so. Natasha has been amazing and very helpful with information, checking in and ensuring a timely pay was in effect. Natasha always has a kind approach and is always there to offer information and advice. I am currently on maternity leave and have been kept up to date with what will happen when returning back to work. SCS is highly recommended.

Disgraceful, this company doesn't like to pay staff for work completed

We have worked together for the last 10+years within various Local Authority within Adult Directorate. Having previously considered other Social Work Recruiters within the secotor I came to the decsion that Service Care Solutions was the one for me. This was due to my experience of the consultants I have had while being with Service Care Solutions. Thomas Humphreys Senior Team Leader in Social Work has been excellent support and has provides me with long term cobtracts on his path (georaphic area). Thomas recruits Social Workers in the North/West/Central London, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Hampshire. Service Care Solutions have always been able to get me work as a Social Worker in the 10+ years. I have worked directly with Delanie Heyes who has a very good understanding of her patch and excellent rapport with Social Worker Team Managers covering Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. My experience with both Consultants has been of an exceptional standard of support and professionalism shown at every level of communication with a very clear understanding of their responsible path but in depth Social Work knowledge to be able to match you with the most appropriate Adults/Childrens teams.

I have recently returned to Thomas Humphreys patch in securing a long term placement. The decision of relocating was made easier by returning to Thomas Humphreys patch as he has been excellent support and in my opinion the best consultant I have had in locuming 15years or so. Kyle Roberts is my agency consultant. He has been for over a year now and I wish for that to continue. He is a lovely friendly young man, he is very professional and always calls me for regular catchup. If he is in a meeting when I call I just automatically know now that he will always call me back. He keeps in regular touch via email text buy mostly on the telephone. He found my ideal job last year as a supervising contact worker for a local authority. That job only came to an end due to authoritie restructure, he then speedily helped me walk into the 2simular post closer to home to me where I've been the last 8 months. This role has now come to an end but nothing to do with kyle the local authority has placed there own internal staff in the post.

I have asked Kyle to keep me on the books and he is daily actively searching for another role for me.

Kyle has been amazing and we have had some good conversations with some giggles especially his mum burning the stuffing at Xmas poor Kyle.

As a MHCA I'm really happy with my experience with SCS so far. It's my main job and so communication around shift availability is very important to me. My consultant (Katie Ashcroft) is friendly and flexible which makes my life so much easier. Katie is prompt at responding to any questions I have and sorting out any issues that come up (eg. uniform, training booking etc). She's also very clear around boundaries, e.g when I have to send time sheets and when to expact pay if I am unable to send my time sheet on time. One thing that I feel could be improved on, from my own (very brief) experience is the out of hours service! (otherwise it would have been a 5 star)

When I began working for service care, I wasn't ready for the outstanding level of support I have received. My contact Rebecca has been first class from the start. Best service, l do locum shifts and 9 times out of 10 I get a shift when I need it. My consultant Andrew Fletcher is a star very hard working always trying his best to get me some work when l need it and I don't get to travel far. He is available 24/7 to help with anything and he is very professional. Pay rates very good for my needs, never had a problem with my pay at all. I have tried other agencies but no one can beat Service Care Solutions. Andrew Fletcher has never let me down. At a scale of 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 the best l would score the service at 10.

After 16 years in the charity sector I was apprehensive about returning to front line social work. Service Care Solutions as a company were great, really helpful. Natasha Ward in particular, as my consultant, was fantastic. She listened, sounds simple but so many other agency's don't. She maintained regular contact with me (without being pushy) and was open with the local authorities, ensuring both they and I were fully informed and able to prepare for the placement. Absolutely fantastic! I work for SCS with the National Probation Service and as a Community Payback Supervisor. With the advice and guidance from Tasleema, I have been able to form fantastic relationships with both companies, guaranteeing me ongoing work. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, in particular one of their Team Leaders, Nosheen Hussain. I was contacted on a regular basis regarding potential roles that suited my skills and experience. Nosheen was always sure to use multiple avenues of contact including phone, voicemail, text and email. I really like this approach and it meant that I was informed regardless of the method. I have worked one role with this company so far and the registration process was straightforward. You are given the choice of multiple payroll companies to choose from, or you can even use your own as long as they are approved. Response times to queries were almost instantaneous so thank you Service Care Solutions and Nosheen for your hard work! I would definitely recommend to others.

Very poor service from these place.I have been offered a job interview from John Neary and after a very promising job and good feedback he called 2 times to tell me for a interview for the following week. No reply at all after he promised we will email you with the time for interview but he never replied at all very unprofessional. I did called the office to speak to him but he wasn't available I left a message with his colleague again no reply. At list he can say or respond the position is gone or just a reply no to tell me lies on the phone and fake promises. There is better agency's out there with better job offers. Never again to use Service Care Solution.

Very poor service. Couldn't seem to communicate to me or the job concerned the correct start date as was sent away the first time I arrived and even when the start date was rearranged they weren't expecting me. No apology or admission of accountability from the consultant concerned. They have since underpaid in one pay packet and today haven't paid me at all. When I contacted the consultant was just told to ring the payroll company. Don't know if it's just the consultant concerned (James Fawcett) or if the whole company is like this. Would avoid them if possible

Only been working for service care for the last 3 or so weeks but so far i love it, as a mental healthcare assistant been able to get experience in all wards in hospitals working with different people and different mental health issues, dealing with Rebecca Ellerton mainly in the office but some of the other team too, they seem to be very on the ball with getting me shifts, booking on the correct shifts, paying me correctly, following up on my file and making sure they have everything i need complete, also having an appaisale within the first few weeks was important too and i know this will be regular,not mithering me either which is a first for an agency to work this way, just feel like communication is great between myself and everyone and it works well as a company and is different to most care agencies with the type of care work available,online training completed and due to carry out pvma training in the next two weeks which will give me more options for where i work as well which is exciting!looking forward to spending time with service care long term
