The staff is both professional and pleasant! They are very accommodating.

Always good service from attentive, knowledgeable staff. Comfortable FBO lounge and pilot amenities. Caterer is first class. Top notch passenger lobby with plenty of room for gathering your group together before your flight. Good overnight for crews with plenty of restaurants and good hotels close to the airport for that early AM show the next day. Easy clearance delivery process for getting out the next morning to not delay your passengers. Plenty of ramp space even for larger jets. Clean, friendly, welcoming environment. Seems to be a well managed facility.

Nice place, recommend it if in the Cleveland area.

Flew in to Cleveland Jet Center as to take care of some warranty work on a construction sight in town. They definitely went above and beyond when they let us use one of their work trucks for the day which came in very handy when it came to grabbing some last minute supplies for the job. Staff was obviously very nice and friendly as well.

When I make it big one day. My pilots coming from here. Lots of nice guys and beautiful ladies that fly with them.

Clean, fast, friendly, helpful, well appointed and maintained; it's a wonderful place to stop by on your next flight.
