Extremely fun day out...could be expensive for a family who might want a pass for all of the slides though. As a rainy day place to go it is great

More lifeguard supervision required....incredibly busy and complex swimming environment with a plethora of hazards, more lifeguards are required to cover all areas.
Really good swimming park, lots to do for all ages. Really clean, staff really friendly and helpful.
Brilliant. The wave machine is amazing. The staff r friendly and really helpful. My hubby is disabled and they were fantastic. You get a decent sized room and shower so he can shower properly. Highly recommended x
Cracking place for spending the day. Lots of different styles of flumes and shoots to keep everyone happy. Food options were ok especially as you cannot take in your own picnic. A good day out for all the family.
Best water park experience in the country total fun from the minute your in true brilliance every town should have 1
Loved it, kids loved it, brought back memories of being a child, slightly expensive
Go early it gets busy, food, drink and carpark expensive, only picnic area outside.
Fantastic place could do with abit of a clean though! Bit over prices but the kids loved it.
My 11 year olds liked it but the queues were very long so only got limited goes on the slides. Would go again but not in park season and mid day.
Friendly staff, really clean but I wish they'd be more upfront about trying to cram as many people in as possible. Yes they are running "sessions" with staggered times but come mid morning when there's 6 sessions all in the pool at once it feels incredibly crowded.
Still as good as ever but don't go if you have any interest at all in social distancing.
Slides are amazing had lots off fun only problem was the food was abit expensive for what you get will be returning here as I had a lot of fun great water park
My son went and said it was 'sick' (i think that means good). I booked the wrong day but when i emailed they changed it no prob which was a relief . My son said lots to do never got bored. A bit pricey inside he said but that was it
Thanks
Elihal is not satisfied ... but the crowd ... and normal Muslim women wear wearing swim and swim with children
Best water park we've been to. Lots of great rides. Food good for kids. Stay all day for one price. Really clean and well maintained. Only downside you have to pay full price whether you're swimming or not.
Had a great day at The Sandcastle today. Park really clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Great value for money and a brilliant all round family day out.
Decent waterpark, better than Splash World in Southport, can easily spend a day in there (I did).
Can't take you're own food in though, but they have an outside area you can pop out to for that.
Not worth the money thay charge u to get in to wait a hour in a que for the slide and was really smelly too
Just go there. 4 1/2 star. Pricy but absolutely brilliant.
This place is almost magical. I have been coming here for many years and the staff have always been polite and patient. It is expensive and the queue can be insanely long but if you get there early it's not really a problem. I don't think the car park should be so expensive but I've heard that the car park actually isn't owned by the waterpark so would be good for them to have a free one owned by them
aged between 5 years and 67 years it was a fantastic day out, something for everyone, friendly staff, not one dull moment, recommend to everyone.
Extremely fun and enjoyable especially if you have kids
Great place for all the family, the place is so clean and staff are so helpful and kind really go the extra mile
Had a nice time and wasnt too busy, only downside was bits floating in the pool
Only dropped into the Cafe for a coffee. Very nice.
Visited the sandcastle water park today so impressed with all the life guards and how quickly they responded to anyone who needed them. I am frightened of water but felt so safe today with my family. Superb day can't wait for next visit.
Had lots for all of the family to do to keep us busy. Stayed for 3hours and that was enough time for everyone to have a turn on everything they wanted to. Good things in place due to covid-19 guidelines. My children loved their first swim of 2020! Changing rooms were also kept really clean and maintenance were there to help anyone where needed. Nice family sized cubicles and lockers and I loved that the hair dryers were all working and were free!! Needed dry hair for that chilly day.
Amazing place a bit pricey food expensive it is a shame you can't take your own food in but kids and big kids enjoyed them self's
Great, great place all the children loved it here. A little pricey though x
Not sure I'd likebto visit during the holidays, very busy.
Amazing day, friendly polite staff who offer assistance rather than stand around waiting for you to approach them. Extremely proactive and the rides are awesome.
great day out.. lot of fun. staff are frendly and helpful
Could do with some more rises and they charge 6.50 extra per person to go on to big rides which are the only ones worth going.
Lifeguards very good and helpful. Saw one who dived in to save a little boy who was going under. Very crowded but well organised. Well done to the staff.
Loved the water park. Only bad this was the queue. I had to wait there for 3 hours!
This is one of the best places for family to visit in blackpool. The pools are great to spend time with the kids, the slides are great fun. They have so many different things to help disabled families including a separate quite room. The staff are all amazing with disabled people I cant praise this company enough.
There are also seated and seating areas on site so you really can stay all day.
Great friendly place adapted disabled room with trolley take person right into pool lifeguards in pool interacting with people help if needed
Staff were friendly and understanding if my disability. Great slides. We had a great day
Good slides and a lot things to do. Little bit too cold in there.
Came here today with a friend - two big kids. Had a great few hours, very expensive though. I hurt my neck and banged my head several times while riding the Thunder Falls slide, but the rest were okay. Staff very pleasant.
what as made me mad is that little kids including my daughter wanting a float ring what they give out but theres only so many and everyone gets them but whats made me angry that there was adults using them just lied ther floating around water n had no kids when theres little ones wanting them to help them swim i think adults shouldnt be aloud them and just for kids its not fair otherwise the rest is good iv been coming since i was a kid
A range of slides, areas and pools. Lots of add ons to access everything make it a very expensive visit, not necessarily worth the money for some parts (e.g. the spa area, which does not even have a jacuzzi). Really good fun, though when busy lots of waiting. Overall, a fun place to visit.
Parking is diabolical, the rides have rust dripping from them and food is over priced for what you get.
A fun waterpark. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Amazing place for families with children, full of adveneurea
A M A Z I N G , went with kids and Adults and there was facilities for both , a spa for the elders and obviously the water park for the children , the free rides were amazingly fast and the small rides offered a great thrill too , they also More
This wise guy thinks this is smaller then the buttons water park that only has 3 rides this has nine think I know which one i prefer
Absolutely amazing so much fun. But in busy periods book on line then no need to question.
Great facilities and friendly helpful staff keeping everyone safe.
Had fantastic few hours today at the sandcastle. Nice and quiet relaxed atmosphere! Staff brilliant. Well worth the money x
Me and the kids and wife loved this baths really really good fun and lsts for hours
Realy good water park esque type place been a while since been but when i visited there was tube slides wave machine decent pools water sprays etc fun for all ages clean facilities friendly staff bit on the expensive side but not your typical local pool plus your at seaside resort so to be expected obv food expensive but would suggest waiting if you can and go somewhere along the prom its blackpool so no shortage of places to eat chippy on every corner practicaly some nice little places if you take the time to look also a mcds on the front along with pizza hut i think been a while
Fantastic if your children are 8 and confident swimming. My 6-7 year olds got bored after a few hours.
Very clean very bizzzy loads of fun on slides. waves was a bit pants. Drinks expensive sidewinder was quality
Excellent day out but the waiting times for the water slides is very long, especially at peak times.
Great place for a good family day out. I love the idea of putting cash onto a wristband so once you've locked your stuff away, there's no need to keep going back into it for cash.food isn't to highly priced for Blackpool and definately better than buying on the street afterwards.staff were friendly and being a wheelchair user I was given a staff member to assist me with my needs, there is specially designed changing rooms for disabled visitors and what I thought was that little bit added extra were tables reserved for chair users on same level as changing and food areas. Staff even showed me around where slide steps were and carried the rings for me to make it more accessable to me. Thank you we all had a great day as I wouldn't have been able to join in with my family if not for the help. Definately would be back again.
Had a lovely time with my grandson great staff and help full, with the coronavirus it wasn't to packed they had a good system in place
Amazing place!! Great social distancing guidelines in operation although not everyone bothered to adhere to them (not the waterparks fault).
Allocated a 3 hr time slot per visit which in my opinion worked in our favour as I'm sure this allowed more time to go on slides etc as less busy than otherwise may have been.
Ate lunch there which was piping and half price as participating in gov eotho scheme and also given an extra half hour in water as a consequence!
Fab place would deffo return, shame It's so far away
Fun in the early mornings, until they let too many people in and you can't even get in the swimming pool, at times. I feel to improve this they should set a limit of how many people are allowed in at one time, and set a time limit for example, you get there at 9am and have to leave before 11:30am, but if not they should lower admission to enter significantly, as at the moment I see this as an overpriced and overall one of the most expensive things to do in Blackpool, so if they followed what I've just said, it would be better for everyone staff and the general public alike!
