A few weeks ago, water started seeping through to the 1st floor (where I live) from the 2nd floor tenant. The SERVPRO team of Walter Escobar, Cornelius Spencer and Mark Meddings came through daily until the job was finished. It's obvious these individuals take great pride in the work they do for your organization. They should be commended for their professionalism, customer service and overall respect for my situation (since I work from home), and treated this with the utmost urgency all the while paying strict attention to detail. Please don't go without thanking these folks because if another disaster were to happen to a family or friend--I'll most certainly recommend SERVPRO as the one-stop shop. Trust and believe my network and affiliation is pretty large and word of mouth goes a very long way.

Helped a friend of mine but I was involved. Service/people were okay. I've had better experience with other servpros, not a shining example of the company at all.

When Lynn showed up with her crew, we had some soaked drywall and carpet caused by a roof leak following a major rain storm. She tested the entire area to determine the extent of the damage. Then she and the crew removed the damaged drywall and insulation, isolated the area, and set up drying equipment. All the while they kept the area neat and clean. This went on for several days, and they frequently stopped by to be sure that it was going as planned. Great job! Clean, dry, mold free and ready for reconstruction.Thanks to the whole crew.

I worked with Servpro when I had a greywater line fail in my home while away on a work trip and was very satisfied with their work. They worked with my wife to get everything started while I was away making life easier for both of us. They were prompt in their response, cleaned up the mess and dried it out so the plumber could go in and repair the work and get us back to a comfortable home. Having a quality company to refer (which I do in my business) as well as use personally is important. I would not hesitate to refer SERVPRO of Citrus Heights to my clients or friends should the need arise.

My husband and I are so very grateful that we were referred by another satisfied Servpro customer to use them for a water leakage issue. We have been dealing with this for a few years now, and no one could figure it out!! Finally, they came in and rescued the day. Promptly, someone came to our house, assessed the issue, and it was all resolved within 24 hours. Amazing!!! Everything from the call in, to the service to the billing was a breeze. I experienced what I thought to be minor water damage to my floors/carpet when our laundry sink overflowed for a short period of about 10-15 minutes. After mopping/vacuuming evident water, I noticed that water was continuously appearing from behind the baseboards after repeated toweling. I then decided to put forth a claim to my insurance carrier, who promptly recommended that I call a water mitigation company to investigate the extent of the water damage and to dry out any remaining water. From a list of companies, I chose for no particular reason, ServPro. Even though it was afterhours, a ServPro crew arrived 2 hours later. They immediately assessed the situation, began to remove baseboard, tear out carpeting, and situate high-powered fans in strategic areas to dry out remaining water. After doing all they can, they left but returned with another crew promptly the following morning. They further investigated with a water/moisture detecting tool and discovered the presence of more water which had migrated to hallways, behind cabinets, hallways, and other rooms. I was surprised by the extent of the damage. After removing more baseboards, carpets, and cabinets, they brought in more fans and left them on continuously for 6 days, after which the drying had been complete. I was very impressed by ServPro's promptness, concern for our welfare, courtesy, and professionalism. They knew what they're doing and kept in mind our stressful state of mind as they carried out their business. I would use their services again should another like-situation arise and recommend their services to others in need.

Why me? I had no idea this type of company even existed! I happen to come home from lunch and found water all over the place. I was freaked out! I called my husband and he said call those Servpro guys. I called and they were out here fast. They got everything pumped out and we're so nice! They explained everything to me and stepped me through the entire process. I was so amazed how clean the demolition was. They even dealt with our insurance company when the insurance guy was extremely hard to deal with. I felt like Rob and his team were had our back. Thank you!

I had them out two years ago for a huge plumbing leak. They were great! And this month, two years later I needed help with paperwork copies, contacted Andrew and he emailed me what he had. I would definitely use them again! (but I hope I don't need too.)

This company was so awful it was ridiculous. We hired them after a kitchen fire. They were a joke. I had to ask them to do things that I read online should be done. After they left there was still soot everywhere. I stayed up all night packing up my kitchen before demo only to find out from my builder that they were supposed to pack it for me. I had to request they come finish the packing. My wedding ring was never recovered after their "packing". I kept it in a dish on the kitchen counter and I assumed it was packed up. In the aftermath of building a new kitchen and unpacking it was never found.

Horrible company! I had my walls inspected last week and the tec took my engagement ring! I have done my research on this franchise and apparently this is not the first time a customers ring has went up missing! Yet the owner Rob Carpenter is too busy to speak with me. I was told that he "Was in a meeting" and of course he never returned my call. I wonder how much money this company brings in? I guess one mad customer isn't important. And of course cooperate does not want to step in either. I just want to make sure people know what kind of company this is before you let these people into your house. So I will not stop until I post to every site possible. Research the reviews on this company, they are not good!!!

Servpro did a good job of removing water in the master bedroom of a rental we manage. They're quick and efficient. Thank you!
