Very nice day out. The only gripes were how busy it was in mid February, limiting numbers so people don't have to stand in Q for hours makes sense.

i had a great time at sandcastle the staff were nice the slides were long and fun and the food was nice i would highly recommend to others
The lazy river is very good if your a bit nervous of water slides. Its overall a great experience and good for everyone.
Excellent time had by all, I I was happy to pay a little bit extra to go in the spa fantastic place. It was the right time to go as it wasn't so busy not quite being in this busy season
The service is great, the food is great, the slides and fun obstacles and everything else in and around the water, structure wise, is amazing. There's so much to do, you can have birthday parties there and every set amount of minutes, the tidal wave pool comes to life which everyone loves. Overall the place is just crazy and perfect if you want to have fun with your family and friends and it's suitable for children and adults because they have their own spa, with a sauna, steam room, massage rock chairs. The whole building is awesome. Also a plus for the changing rooms, they are clean and spacious. Go there and have a blast everyone.
You can enjoy here with family away from the busy life
9-4 well worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and experience.
Fabulous place. There is something for everyone from toddlers to teenagers and adults. We spend hours there everytime we go and my son never wants to leave, he would stay all day!!
Been going to this place for the past 15+ years and now Im taking my son here as my mother did for me.
Being disabled swimming allows me to be more active with my son so I love this place even more, can be costly but they appreciate local customers with discounts.
I'll be buying a family pass for the coming year, i think that should say it all really?
Was having lots of fun till a piece of poo floated by!
Kids loved it. Very clean and well kept. Slides are great fun for all ages. Staff are friendly too. Expensive but worth the money.
Plenty to do, though a bit too pricey with the hyperzone
Excellent so much to do, staff are amazing definitely be going back
Awesome waterslides!!! Really family friendly experience. Lovely staff. Only let down was the price of all the add ons for the spa and to go on the slices ect.
Great day out for family , but the food is super expensive tho 13.90 for 2 portions of chips and 2 cokes
Pretty darn good! Great for the kiddies. DO NOT RIDE MONTEZOOMA unless you enjoy puking into your bikini. Nice food, staff not very accommodating at all really.
Great place , but little bit to expensive my opinion. Long waiting to get on slide
Brilliant place to go swimming and have fun with your kids.
Love it lots of slides spent the whole day there absolutely amazing come every year no wait for the slides longest wait was 2 minutes
Great day out with our 5 year old granddaughter. Nice eating areas plenty of lockers and changing rooms.Very clean. Nice friendly helpful staff.
Don't know why but I actually like it and might be going hee
Great family day out, good inexpensive food. Safety conscious with lots lifeguards.
It's ok. Slides are great but it's a little bit smelly and dirty in some places.
Looks great for swimmers and the kids are happy but charging the same price for spectators is just out and out robbery and once you have told the kids you can't turn back .
Owners play on this fact.
Seating balconie glass is filthy. Tables filthy.
Heat was unbelievable air-conditioning simply not on. Even the baby was sweating.
The facilities for disabled are borderline discrimination.
I mean spectator facilities
Wrong. Just wrong
Waited over a hour to get in , people were just pushing in and nothing was being done about it over priced , only stayed one hour absolutely packed inside far to many people wouldn t go again
Very busy you need to book online with up to 24 hours before
Nice waterpark for the whole family. We enjoyed our time there
Gets too crowded. They could do with time limits during busy times.
Great place to take the kids, very good slides and pool areas.
Didn't use food outlets.
Very good value for money if your there more than a few hours enjoyed the place a lot
Loved it, but again very expensive to get it, especially with only a short time allowance.
But the kids enjoyed it and that's what it's all about!!!
Kids had a great day. 2 of the big water slides weren't working but they gave us 3 50% discount vouchers for our next visit.
This is good the only thing was when we went there was a school trip on that none metioned when we went to pay so the pool was very very busy, also if you want to do the big flumes you have to pay extra for, and the cafe we waited for over 25mins on 4 kids meals
Loved it. Booking nessery the experience us better without the massive que and waiting time to get it. Time slots are alot better system
Kids loved it, we were there for five hours and the time flew by we only got out of the pool because our eyes were stinging but it was a good day
Good offer in place to include the hyperzone slides in the entry price at the moment and if you have a locals discount card it is not bad for 3hours entry, compared to the usual entry fee.
I don't think there is much control in getting people to leave after their allocated time slots have expired. I saw several different coloured wrist bands in circulation and we were in the last slot for the day, so it should have progressively gotten quieter.
But we didn't have to queue for anything and social distancing was relatively easy.
We visited on a Friday afternoon term time between 2pm and 5pm.
Think it's over priced if you only go for a few hours. Not enough rides without paying an additional 10.00 per person. Great for a full day but 90.00 for 3 for 3 hours is too much
Overall a good day out. Our 7 year old and 2 year old enjoyed it. The only downside is you need to buy extra wristbands to go on the other slides, which to be honest it is already quite expensive. Other than that plenty of room in the changing rooms and easily accessible
Really fun for all the family, something for all ages. Very clean throughout and the staff were friendly and cheerful.
Overcrowded and social distancing completely out of the window once inside.
Fun place to take the kids.
It does have cockroaches too.
I don't go swimming any more, but really like the atmosphere at the Sandcastle, and we often call in for a snack or a coffee. One small problem last weekend was the amount of families bringing their own food and drinks and having a free picnic. Bit bad for the staff having to clear up their mess.
Good fun for families. Slides are great. Some queueing is involved for the slides.
Super awesome place to go.
I recommend you try the green and blue slide in fact try all of them we did..
Just went in there to check what it's all about and mainly to use their toilets. Looked buy and long queues to get in. Looked like you could have fun.
Enjoyable but don't gamble what you can't comfortably afford to lose
Water slides were fun but disliked having to pay extra to use all slides
Brilliant place. Great slides and not long to queue on the slides due to the restrictions on entrants
