Very good social distance rules in place, highly impressed, likely went on one of their busy days of the year and numbers kept low.

If you purchase food in the park you get extra time to compensate for the time used to eat.

Good day out quite pricy drove 2 hours to blackpool to find ourselves in a queue decided to go to coral island instead and booked online for the next day so we could fast track a queue very clean though

Fantastic place for everyone to have fun only one minor problem im deaf so some of the life guards need to be a little more helpful when it comes to water rings other than that my grandchildren and myself enjoyed our time there

We attended the disability session which runs every month.
Booking was easy with a phone call.
We arrived in plenty of time and there was loads of places for families to get changed.
The staff are brilliant. They are so helpful and kind with the children.
Will definitely go again

Brilliant staff. Polite and happy to help, willing to give you information when asked and are very amenable. Cannot fault the venue or the staff. Thoroughly enjoyed the 6-7 hours we spent there.

We had the best day out here everything under 1 roof from pre loading money on to wrist bands so you don't go hungry to slides for all ages and a lazy river and a wave machine so clean so lovely and staff are really helpful fantastic my daughter's autistic and she spent 3 hours here which we usually only get 30 to 40 minutes in most places before it gets too much for her great time will be going again

Excellent venue. Worth every penny aside from the food. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, but the water was a little bit dirty. The water wasn't terribly bad though. The slides were excellent. There's a good range of slides to choose from. There are life guards dotted everywhere to ensure everybody is safe. The master blaster slide (The longest one) is a little dangerous as I spun around and ended up going backwards, which was scary, I ended up with red marks on my back, my shorts close to coming off and numerous minor injuries to my backside. At the end I levitated off the slide and really hurt my rear end. I think they need to address the issue as it's moderately dangerous. I spent 7+ hours here yesterday. The let down was the food, it was okay, but not worth the pay.

Somewhere my daughter has always wanted to go but definitely not after today. Shame on you thinking it's acceptable to allow naked adults and children in there together. Not a place to be trusted.

Great day out for both adults and children, the choice of water slides is great and are a lot of fun. Relaxed atmosphere and a friendly safe environment means you can enjoy what the place had to offer. prices might seem a little steep but for what you get to ride on and the facilities I think it is fair.

Went here 28th August, booked online a week before. Queued up for a short while then a lady said if we had booked online to go through the cafe, did that and was in within 2 minutes. I would say if you have older kids (mine are 12 and 9) More

I would like to say on the 1st instance this isnt the biggest indoor waterpark in the uk. Skegness butlins is twice the size. The cost is EXTORTION making it what should say is the " uks most expensive waterpark " 70.00 pounds thereabouts for adult an two kids with slides added on, with ur crappy food and drinks added on 100.00 pounds for a splash.... but if u live close u get 50% discount. A Tourist town 90 % of visitors are not local????? So sandcastle played a good hand there didnt they. Extra cost for rides making it the most expensive swim in the country. The place isnt big enougth for tourism with crammed pools. Sandcastle staff Save me the automated response along the lines of " thankyou for your views. We will take it onboard, and we hope it hasnt put you off visiting again " steve or katie or summat

Surprisingly nice inside - clean with good slides. Hideously expensive (unless you have an fy8 postcode - then it's half price). Gets very busy in holidays - go for when it opens and you can get a good 90 mins of fun before it fills up.

This was my first time at a water park, while iWas consented to just enjoy the waterfalls and the waves, my friends insisted that I descend the chute on a tube. I had to muster a lot of courage when I got to he top for the descent. I am happy to say that the experience was a good one.

Located right next to Blackpool's south pier. this is a great place to have fun with the whole family. Kids of all ages are welcome and under 3s get in for free. My two little ones had a wonderful time, Going down the slides and around the Rapids. I will 100% be returning when I'm next visiting blackpool.

My favourite place in Blackpool! There's something for everyone there, thrilling rides for adrenaline junkies like me, wave machines, rapids, more slides than you can shake a stick at.....
I also experienced their customer services recently and was very impressed! Fun for all here... Assuming you like water!

Went here with my wife as a just fun day out, as we haven't been to any water parks since being kids. This place is loads of fun even if you are an adult. The value for money is very good - the space is big, more grown-up rides are super fun, the spa area is great - 4 rooms to choose from, and the general atmosphere is very pleasant.
Being adults there is not really that weird, as there were plenty of other adults going on the rides.
We were there on a regular weekend, but it was not busy at all - hardly any ques on the larger rides.
The food court is nothing special - it obviously caters more towards kids which is fine, but the quality was so-so. But it was fine for getting a snack.
We had a great time there and will certainly be going there again.
