A company that produces scrap. I have their electronics and household appliances from various price shelves. Regardless, the equipment breaks down Always! Eg broken flagship phone broken charging system after a few months. They tried to convince them that they were flooded and forced to pay for the service. The nest itself broke just after the warranty. TV broken power supply after 22 months - fixed. The same element fell after another 20 months. According to them, the customer receives no warranty for a completely new subassembly. You should seriously consider buying a slightly cheaper Samsung or a third-party product. Friend's TV broken after 30 months - repair not profitable. The Samsung washing machine broke after 2 months, the service ordered to pay for the replacement of the element, because there were too few clothes in the washing machine (SIC!). The washing machine of the Italian company operated for 10 years, and this Samsung stopped after 3 years. I am writing as a warning. I am now skipping the company wide!
+1 for having cool, very creative ideas. However, performance, customer service and durability at the worst level.

Incompetent service including service manager. They wanted to push me into replacing the camera module with a smartphone, doubling the cost of repair. Fortunately, in another Samsung service (also in Warsaw) they replaced the damaged housing without pressing unnecessary parts.

Prices from space and see the beet from behind the counter, first will not give the cost because it will assess the technician, in a moment the price says that I will pay the highest - such people will not have a career ... pity the words. You lost your customer through one mess, I wonder how many more.
To the owner's answer - Nobody insults anyone, it's just a statement of fact. If suggesting choosing another website several times and being misleading is conscientious work and in accordance with the regulations, something is probably not right - if no ukasz is working, it means that not only a lame but a liar - a statement of fact. But I understand that you have to hide a colleague ;-) I wish you success, the company will remain and employees can be easily replaced, especially if they maintain such diligent and standards compliant with the regulations.

For 1050 they exchanged the whole screen in S8 with frame and battery, everything in less than 2 hours - it's very sensible. The screen was cracked and the touch was not working properly either. The phone maintains water tightness, i.e. it's like a second life. Especially that in unauthorized sites they did not have better prices at all and they do it with the help of a golden handle - glue. No guarantee for waterproofness after such repair does not give.

I can only give 5 stars because you can't do more. I came with a damaged back in S7 Edge service did a great job in 1.5h it was all over. The price is also fairly fine. For this you can watch how the repair is going on, use the VR goggles or play on the console. Plus very good free espresso coffee and drinks from the fridge. You can also buy the necessary accessories here. Service very nice and patient employees have a high level of knowledge. The only small minusik for rarely can be reached there. Unfortunately, the technician decided that the scratch on the back of the phone disqualifies the possibility of replacing the battery without replacing the backs. That is, PLN 190 is made from PLN 190. "Nothing can be done for you." I gave up the repair. I do not recommend the site ... or Samsung, where the replacement of the battery in a 4-year-old, working phone is doomed to failure.
