Galaxy S6 with suddenly fallen micro USB connector has been repaired in 1.5 hours. Before the repair I could charge a bit on the induction charger and after their WiFi dump the data into the cloud.
Telephone with manufacturer's warranty (bought exactly 13 months earlier) and in addition to the new USB port I received a new display glass, frame and rear camera for free. "Because you can and we care about customers".

I came to the place, took a number, kind service took care of me. By the way, I mentioned that I have a "speaker grill" outlined on the front and I know that this is not a complaint, but I would like to know how much it would cost me to get the phone to a new condition. The pretty lady took the phone to service technicians, came back and announced that if it turns out that they replace the home button under the warranty, then for the replacement of the grill they do not expect payment! I thought WOW !, how should the service look like and where have you been all these years ?! Each of us will certainly mention at least one such case when something broke, the equipment sent to the service did not return for weeks, and finally the impression was that the service was always looking for what would not delete us here ... I did not know if I would be able to appear the next day on the site, so I asked for repair by the end of the day. I did not expect to meet the "1h" time, I do not say that this is not true, but the S7 is quite a specific structure, waterproof, made of glass and metal, relatively difficult to repair. I have been informed that the data will be erased and the staff helped to make a quick backup. Nice lady said that I could appear before 19:00 and we will check if they can make it, which I agreed.

After returning, I found a large group of people with receipts of accepting equipment for service, like the ones I was holding in my hands. To say that I waited 40 minutes is an exaggeration because I drank good coffee and played with the equipment. To my surprise, I do not know when it hit 19:00, and I accepted the failure when I noticed that employees are not chasing other customers in line with the popular "welcome tomorrow". Even the lady who entered at 19:05 was served and at 19:15 she came out with the repaired equipment (something soft), previously hugging the employee who was so helpful. Until the last moment I didn't know if I could recover the phone that day, because finally in the test it will come out whether it is tight or not ...

Around 19:30, apart from the employees, there was only me and the cleaning lady. When I heard "ready" I was afraid to start clapping for fear that I would not be able to stop. Finally, I have a practically new phone! They exchanged the reason for the visit - home button, grill (courtesy), battery screen and a microUSB socket (I don't know why). On the way I got a nice pouch made of material so as not to scratch the equipment - bullshit, but it is terribly happy :)! When the service man approached me, he handed the company T-shirt and apologized that I waited so much for the floor to bend under my feet. I was confused to such an extent that if at that moment someone put me on the stairs, I wouldn't know which way up. After all, all these people came back home that day ...
That's how my nice adventure with Samsung Premium Service Plaza ends. Say I recommend it, it's definitely not enough. I have the impression that in the first place I should contact Google in order to increase the number of possible stars, and only then give a rating of this place.

Everything OK, in my S6 I had to replace the camera module for the second time ("snarled") which was replaced without a problem but the display detached, the service easily admitted guilt and once tried to stick it, but there was nothing to change for new. By the way, I changed the rear window and USB module with headphone sockets. I will add that the phone was delivered on May 16, and the warranty ends on May 22, and there was no dragging, etc. The repair lasted a little long because the phone was available every time the next day but when I was there they were really crowded, except for an hour opening and closing. A great PLUS for service, the most for "blonde" probably Iza, because it was with this lady that I dealt the most. She always tries to help, she informs about everything and of course she is very nice and professional. Ultimately, the phone is in total like a new zero traces of replacement of elements also a high level replacement even though the service technician tried to inform me that the spots on the screen do not change the value of the phone because it is functional. Work a little bit on informing about the completion of the repair because on the website information that the phone has been ready a long time ago and I just called the next day and it turns out that it was the day before to pick it up and it was so every time, but I know that it is caused by the multitude of people what is true and you probably need at least one person to service at times, but that would shorten the repair time in my case. Free Wi-Fi, coffee, water are available on site. I would recommend.
