After a month from the warranty replacement of the display, the s7 was damaged as a result of pressing the button in the lower left corner of the device with a finger. The result was a smooth, oblique crack running from the Home button to the left edge of the camera.
The way the damage occurred and its appearance, in my opinion, may indicate a wrong method of mounting the above-mentioned display or its hidden defect.
The service, of course, considered the damage to be mechanical and refused to repair under the warranty.
It turns out that these flagships should be handled with incredible sensitivity and delicacy.
Considering the amounts I paid for their products and my previous experience with the TV of this brand, the matrix of which sucked in dust strangely, it's time to part ways and look for solid equipment.

At no time in our conversation was there a proposal to leave the camera for an expert opinion or damage assessment. The employee only informed me that I was entitled to file a complaint, but for this to happen, he must remove the data from the phone, which will be a sign that the phone was in the service. I actually disagreed with this, as this action was not related to the damage and would not change anything in the process, except that I would have to restore the data.
