I honestly do not recommend. There are several people on the site at the same time, printing a number with 0 people waiting in front of me, I waited 15 minutes for someone to kindly ask me. Last time one person in front of me, I waited about 20-25min. I gave the phone under warranty, it was found that in addition to the warranty, you will need to make a camera frame because I need to guarantee full waterproofness, I took the phone with a problem with the motherboard. I was forced to accept the repair of this frame for money to have the motherboard repaired under warranty. During the diagnosis, it was found that he did not replace the motherboard under warranty. So I decided to answer the phone without repair and beware, I had to pay for the diagnosis of the phone, which was under warranty. I was not informed about this while leaving it on the site, of course after the discussion you said that I signed the statement and I should pay. I do not recommend
Various things about authorized services can be judged and read, but here I have to give 5 stars. My galaxy s5 was saved after flooding. There was no suspicion of the desirability of damage, sending back, filming or frequent "damage caused by the user". Only the originality of the parts was checked and the phone was repaired under warranty. The telephone could be picked up after less than 2 hours, the service was very nice and very helpful. A definite example and example of how a client should be treated and build the company's image. I definitely recommend it.
Pros: 1) quick repair in two hours Minuses: 1) the very fact that there are almost a thousand opinions about the site shows that Samsung phones, despite the price and brand, are very emergency 2) poor backup, in the previous phone of another brand it restored everything to me as it was, that nothing had to be done, and in Samsung it was necessary to restore the phone manually to its personal settings for hours, because it only restored basic things 3) warranty only one and a half years, I thought the minimum was 2 years 4) for repair, they ripped the protective film from the back panel. It is not enough that a man buys a protective film on his own, because the glass casing at the back is too delicate, he still has to pay PLN 59 again for a new film against scratches, corns and damage.
I have no words to properly praise the Website! Just the first class! The interior design, friendly and professional service and repair at the highest level. He waved the display in his armband. As part of the warranty, they replaced the display, the lower case and the battery! Just great! I would recommend. There are no queues - everything goes quickly. I waited for 2 days for repair. I recommend it to everyone! Poor parking - apparently parking is but somehow I did not know.
I would not recommend this place. Operating in a fatal level. A party employee who worked on Saturday, August 31, 2019, extremely rude and certainly not encouraging to use the services of this site. I like the Samsung device and at home I have all the equipment properly this brand, but this particular site do not recommend. Unless you change the service and competent people with good manners.

I understand this service. Nice service and the most important phone made and devoted in a much better condition. Only the screen was for exchange, after receiving I noticed that they also replaced me with a metal body, which I unfortunately destroyed a bit. Now I have practically a new phone :) thank you

Fatally, the battery does not keep 24 hours from the beginning. I have over a month. They declare 3-4 days gear fit 2 pro. They examined and said that everything is as it should be. They deleted all data and pretend to fix it. The service man was unable to say anything except that the SIC had been repaired. Drama never again Samsung. This was my first device of this company and the last, and it is like the best service they have in Poland

In the "premium" service, the waiting time for replacing the display - not counting the weekend, 3-4 days due to the lack of displays in stock as they are breaking a lot lately - seriously? Then order more. On the site nieremium on the progress of 14 exchange in less than 2 hours. And they answer phones for progress, and in "premium" they are so premium that I couldn't get through for 4 days.
I've been to Samsung Premium Service Plaza several times and it has always been a rather pleasant visit. This place works as a showroom where you can try the latest technologies or possibly buy something but when I tried to fix the headphones there today, I met with one big failure! About a month ago I bought Samsung Level U Pro (ANC) headphones abroad. I am rather happy with them but I have noticed recently that the button for activating the function of active noise reduction has loosened and now it is flying in the housing and it is hiding inside. This is a small defect but interferes with use because to move the button you need to use a nail or toothpick. So I thought that in Samsung PSP they will fix it in 5 minutes .......... But for safety I preferred to call first. Of course, I spent about half an hour on the helpline being informed every 10 seconds that I am FIRST IN A RAILWAY !!! So I decided to visit Service Plaza in person. On site I was informed that their facility does not repair headphones! And that for repair I have to go to the place of purchase !!!!!! So what, I have to go back to the other end of the world so that Samsung can fix my loose button in new headphones under warranty ???? What about people who permanently live abroad and are in Poland for work, etc.? Is this really a Premium Service Plaza ??????
Unfortunately, premium is probably just by name. Tablet returned after a week, where according to the service information the frame was to be replaced, because there is a problem with the volume button (tablet returned with problems with the display), where I received information that the frame will be replaced (information given on Tuesday, in person, as the phone they are only supported by a vending machine which tells you where you are in the queue - (weekly to download the frame? seriously)) and then it receives information that the device is ready to receive, and here a surprise, the display replaced, and on receipts information that the repair ended 15 minutes after that as I gave my device. For me, this is another average service that is far from any standards.
For me a revelation. Still under warranty, I gave the old Samsung solid B2710 with a broken microphone for repair, and got a new phone. The entire housing has been replaced. I'm very happy. In addition, a friendly staff, fantastic place. Thank you - may as many websites as possible at this level.

This is probably the best samsung service in Warsaw. The whole phone repair process was carried out quickly (in about 2 hours). Customer service in this place is at the highest level, everyone is nice and helpful. It is a pity that samsung devices do not work as efficiently as this service.
Super service. They settled the matter right away and under warranty. There was no problem to change the branded soft in S8 so that it was possible to use video chat. The whole action lasted less than an hour. Big brava as another site said it can't be done under warranty. I would highly recommend.

Fact, the problem with getting through was, but consultants called back to me after a few minutes :) so here's a plus. I visited the site on Saturday, but it turned out that they do not have a telephone battery. It's a little strange that such a service has storage shortages. After all, after a few days I went again, as part of the warranty I was replaced with a screen, battery and frame. Everything in about an hour. It is worth calling to find out if they have parts in stock. On the Samsung Guard helpline they receive more often :). There could be a free parking for customers.

Phone repair in 1 hour - price a little higher than at another service point where we wait a few days. An interactive waiting room and well-stocked corner with accessories is a big additional plus of this place.
This service is a mockery, they themselves admit that they are not Samsung, parking is NOT for free, they refuse to repair virtually new equipment bought in PL in a large network because of the note: stamps. FV, new equipment is not enough for them. In the 21st century, for a global company, a stamp counts which note: they did not give themselves. Day wasted, and new samsung equipment cooks like a stove posing a threat to the user, the service will not accept without a stamp. Unbelievable.

Phone like new. Galaxy s7 edge. What is needed plus a new battery !! I was served immediately. While waiting, I was offered coffee, my comfort was taken care of, and I was informed of my status. I have small suggestions regarding communication with the client, but I invite you to priv. I know how to improve the service / communication / information process, e.g. about the need to repair a mechanical fault (I noticed a certain dependence while waiting). Now I am looking for gear s3 at a good price because I want to stay with Samsung thanks to this experience. A nice addition would be the opportunity to buy a product at a good price while waiting. I was replacing the display on the phone. I was informed that it would take 5 days and on the fifth day the phone was repaired. The service gentlemen were very nice and helpful. Previously, I was at the Samsung service at ul. Progress, but the above repair was supposed to take 7-8 days, and after 13 (!) Days I received an unrepaired (!) Phone call. I didn't even hear the word "sorry." Seemingly the same company, but completely different reliability.
Very professional service. Unfortunately, the equipment was to be repaired the same day, but repairs took one day. Which still gives a short waiting time, however, I was a bit disappointed especially since I didn't receive any information that the equipment will be ready until the next day. In addition, a very affordable place, you can test the equipment that we want to buy and seek professional advice.
I called 6 minutes for the 0800 money taken and no one answered the phone. What's that supposed to mean? I am not interested in the rhodium and paying for it. I call and someone answers immediately when I have to pay or just pays when someone answers! There is another free number, but I found out about the service from Pozna . I got this number via chat. This service in Pozna has to be called 43 times until someone will pick it up either all the time busy or no one will answer. Samsung 1 star.
