On the website I would pay over a thousand zlotys, because I would also have to replace the display (slight scratches on the corner of the screen s8). Otherwise you can't xD. The lady gave me back the phone in recovery mode from the back room but forgot to turn it off - when I got home and pulled him out and I live nearby, he was about 70 degrees.

BTW I do not recommend Samsung Galaxy s8 - the most delicate screen in history, which has been proven in tests. Scratches on the screen after one fall. After today's adventure - this is my last Samsung.

I gave back to samsung premium service plaza flooded samsung j3 phone. The cost of the valuation is PLN 40. The service technicians valued the repair for PLN 950 (motherboard, battery, screen and all the most expensive ones). To my decision whether to fix what at the price of a new phone seemed ridiculous.

In the estate service I paid PLN 150 for repair :) watch out for tricksters.

After 3 months of waiting for the repair of the compact display in A5 (the insurer confirmed my belief that there are no parts ....) I went to the salon and within 2 hours I received a new display with a review of the technical condition and replacement of slightly damaged parts.

Suggested by the beautiful slogan "repairs in 1 hour", I decided to go to the place (40 km) and it turned out that such a minor defect cannot be repaired even in one day, and you really don't know how long it would take and if there are parts. etc. etc.

With a clear conscience of 5 stars. I gave note 8 under warranty at 12 on Saturday and at 16:01 I got a text from the service that they invite for pickup. Replacement of display and battery under warranty, no problems. Fast, professional and nice. Shock and disbelief ;-)

The first service in which they do not have parking for guests. For pleasure, I didn't go there just because almost new Samsung equipment crumbled. They say that parking for guests is but only 15 min free, then you can do nothing.
There is no way to call to find out when the equipment will do.

And this is the Premium Service ... That Samsung allows itself such an amateur and it's still in their office building ..

I reported a phone repair and I received information that it will be ready "tomorrow or the day after tomorrow". As it was impossible to call the service (~ 10 attempts) I went in person and after waiting time in the queue I got information that there is still no part, but it should be tomorrow and tomorrow it will be ready. I also asked for information at the e-mail address. The next day I tried to call a few times and when I finally managed to get it, I was informed that there are no parts and maybe it will be the beginning of the next week. As I did not receive any information on Tuesday, I decided to come back again. The phone was already under test and was to be ready within 30 minutes. The tests did not go well and I was asked for the next hour of waiting. After 2 hours spent on the website when I asked about the repair status, the service technician said that I must take a number because I will not check it ... to be continued.

The battery was changed efficiently and quickly (I left it for 1 day), only my SIM card was lost during the exchange. I gave the phone with a SIM card because I didn't have a pin to remove it, and the Lord accepted my phone without reservation, so I stated that I would trust the service. Unnecessarily.

For 3 days I have no longer access to my online bank accounts, because the PSD2 directive requires entering the password received by SMS when logging in. As I do not have a SIM card, I have to wait for the next one, and with a niche operator that does not have its customer service points everywhere, it continues. I probably won't have my card for 4 days - I won't have access to accounts. On 25.09 I have a fixed loan installment and I can't even be sure I have transferred the right amount without going to the bank.
"We will write to you when we find the card", "We will refund the costs of obtaining another card". Of course, I will get an SMS to my phone number, i.e. when the card found is useless. My time is worth more than those pennies for making a SIM, and I will lose a lot of time through this service.

I waited to issue an opinion, until I found out what the problem would actually be due to the lack of a SIM card and the need to get another one, the lack of contact would forgive me, but PSD2 and the inability to log into the account / buy anything online, however, outweighed the scale.

I returned to the service at pl. The European generally has a working Galaxy s6 with an inoperative display for a diagnosis of 49 PLN. The diagnosis showed that the motherboard, battery and USB socket are also for replacement. I gave the phone in the recovery mode (I tried to copy the data from it using the Dr. Fone program). After the diagnosis on the site I was given a phone with the general conclusion that it is not worth repairing it (PLN 700 for the display plus what was found to be not working). I was also refused to collect data (PLN 150). I replaced the display with my own hands (cost 479 PLN for the original) and it turned out that the phone is working and is still in the recovery mode called by Dr. Fone. With the operating screen, it was possible to get out of this mode without losing data. Satisfied with success, I returned to the site at pl. European. In response, I heard that their diagnosis was correct, because the phone "ripped" (eg by Dr. Fone in recovery mode) requires replacing the motherboard and their technician would fly out of work if he wanted to repair another "rooted" phone. So there was no information that the authorized service does not deal with "ripped" phones. Regards!

The worst service I have ever had the opportunity to fix anything. I gave away the S8 in which the camera did not sharpen the image - this symptom did not occur every time but I was able to record it and document the service staff. The device was accepted, I was ripped off 3MK Invisible Case (79 PLN) and then I was given a phone that was only reset to factory settings! The next day I was forced to give it back again because my camera problem returned. I was ripped off 3MK foils again which I stuck on again! The camera was replaced, but the phone was given back to me at home, it turned out that it was blocked and I had to visit the site again! Only after the third visit can the device be used again! I lost PLN 240 on protective films, I had to cover almost 400 kilometers driving a total of 6 times to the service and the weight of my time. I do not recommend. They are far from the premium class!

On December 10 this year, I wanted to replace a damaged glass (scratch) on my Samsung s7 phone under warranty (the phone was purchased in August this year), after showing this glass to a Service Employee I was immediately informed that they could not replace it under warranty because it is mechanical damage and I am not entitled to exchange it. I do not argue with the substantive justification of the Employee, but I still wanted to verify it with the Service Manager and find out what options I have, unfortunately I was treated very rude, the Manager was very unpleasant, looked at the phone, ran his finger over the scratch, I could not finish the sentence when he said (. ..) Samsung S7 Edge dedicated because of the pink display repaired without a problem under the warranty (replacement of the display and additional battery). Everything went very smoothly and pleasantly.
