Everything is ok for me. The equipment has been repaired as it should be repaired - quickly and efficiently. Earlier in another Samsung service they did not fix exactly as I wanted. Here the repair lasted three days. I hoped that much more, because I was informed about the missing parts and the possibility of longer waiting. And here after three days information that the equipment is waiting for collection.
