I don't like two things. After receipt, the phone was cleaned in the data and instead of the latest software, the old android M was uploaded. Secondly - waiting. It was supposed to be 1.5 hours, and after that 2.5 hours of waiting on the site I was told that one more hour should be expected. Also fine, but there is still room for improvement.

You can't reach the salon, nobody answers for two days and nothing! On the spot, I found out that I would lose all my phone data. I waited 3 hours to replace the battery. The repair was scheduled for 12:00. I left the phone at 15:00 h. I was informed that they won't fix it today! So many positions and two were open, laughs !!!
Great service, I brought Galaxy S7, with swollen battery, the phone was accepted for a post-warranty repair, for which I did not have to pay anything, except the battery itself were replaced almost all components that were damaged by the swelling battery, along with the screen. Unfortunately, my experience with Samsung Premium Service Plaza in Warsaw Spire is terrible. Their ads that promise to repair equipment in an hour are greatly exaggerated. My tablet had a broken display and lay on the site for weeks waiting for repair. No one was able to repair it (apparently due to a lack of parts), and provide any date for possible repair. The staff is unfortunately not very competent, to my question regarding the expected repair, the gentleman at the reception told me to (quote): "they were glad that it was only a few weeks, because they have phones that have been replaced by a newer model, waiting for service." I would expect a much higher level of service from an authorized Samsung service, and I received a lack of competence as in a booth with telephones in a shopping mall.
I am dramatically disappointed with this "Premium Service" - being out of place you can not learn the basic information - how long it takes to replace the battery + replacement cost. You have to download a number and wait ... And the waiting time is really long, only one person was served for 15 minutes of waiting, and there were another 3 people. If Premium now looks like it's a fear to think about the standard.
The third visit regarding the repair of the equipment (the same fault) is a fiasco. There is no certainty that the technician was aware that the equipment is here for the third time in three weeks.

Every time I answer a phone call from the website, it is not enough that it has not been repaired, and there are more and more defects of the device. The same goes for the Anders site.

Friendly and professional service. Replacing the spilled screen as a result of a mechanical fault in j5 I paid PLN 250. Time 2 days. Service done well. Replacing the headphone jack on this model was done within 1 day. This service was under warranty. New tablet software cost PLN 45, service done within 1 hour. I have always been informed by text about the possibility of receiving equipment.

Encouraged by a beautiful advertisement in which I was assured that it repairs my phone in 40min I quickly ran to give the phone back for a guarantee and the power to continue to enjoy my equipment. Unfortunately, from the very beginning problems began. After entering the website and picking up the number, I sat in line waiting for the time to come. After an hour of waiting my number still did not appear and the people following me were served faster, maybe a system failure? I don't know, I waited a long time until I was alone in the service and someone finally noticed my impatience on my face. The consultant asked what happened, conducted the interview properly and stated that my phone was not covered by the warranty. The display spilled but the phone was in perfect condition, there was no scratch on it, despite this the consultant stated that it was mechanical damage and is not covered by the warranty. He began to write it on the computer and then a second consultant came and said that it should be guaranteed. There are nice consultants out there that everyone thinks different ... What happened next? I was informed that the phone had to stay with them for some time (despite nice assurances about the repair in 40min) because they would not do it to me right away and they sent me home without a receipt, not even informing about the cost of the repair. After 4 days of waiting, I had to call myself and find out that I can answer the phone from the website. In the meantime, I became interested in the complaint about the service, but to call their hotline I lost so much time that I felt like playing it. I came to the site to pick up my phone again and I was charged 700 zlotys. I am aware that changing the display is not an easy matter but for me it is a bit overkill. The Lord, giving my phone back, apologized to me for any problems that I encountered (I think I received complaints about them, which I made by phone) and said that he prepared a small gratis for me, which was the attention of a Samsung mug. I thanked nicely and with a smile on my face I said that yes, I will definitely need another, probably the hundredth cup at home;) Will summarize somehow the service performed. The display was replaced and it seemed that it was done solidly, but after a while I noticed that in the upper right corner I have a curved screen, I do not know how to describe it, in any case, it looks unsightly and it is obvious that someone fucked up the work. Sometimes the back button does not work for me, and it goes crazy when the phone is charging. After all, I could come to them and advertise it, but I preferred to save my nerves. The phone has a malfunction, which occurs sporadically, the speaker works once, once not, which I talked about many times, and the lady receiving the equipment turned on the music and says "Oh, it works, everything is fine." Just when the technician checked the fault, it didn't appear, so "the phone is 100% functional, goodbye". You can kiss us in ... Earlier I heard "please record how the speaker does not work". I recorded. I heard it, "but how do we know it is from this phone? Record it on video." I sat on the site for about 2 hours, twice the speaker stopped working at this time, but nobody deigned to look at it. I understand that it is difficult to find a fault that is once and then not, but the approach to the client calls for vengeance to heaven. At the end of the warranty period, there was a problem with the display (pink screen on 2/3 of the surface). I returned the phone to the service on Thursday, picked up ready on Saturday. I was impressed with the service and the end effect. The only problem is that it's hard to call the hotline, but I've been there three times and there have always been landline service people. Probably there are just too few people working there and there is no one to operate this hotline.
Mysterious place. I applied with a broken tablet that stopped working after a long period of non-use. The equipment was accepted for service in order to diagnose the fault, a PLN 49 fee was charged for the diagnosis, which I was informed and what I agreed to. After about 30 minutes I came to find out what was diagnosed (diagnosis was at hand, which is a plus). Well, it was found that my tablet is old, but I knew about it before, and that it did not work, which I also noticed myself. For repair needs to be replaced, I quote: motherboard, connector and battery and the cost of these parts exceeded PLN 1000, so I did not decide to repair, because the amount of repair exceeded the value of the tablet, as suggested by service employees, repeating that the equipment is old and the electronics work only for a while, and then I do not know, I think he is dying of old age. Ok. I paid PLN 49, I came home, switched on the tablet and now I use it. Is fixed. The question is, what would happen if I agreed to repair? They threw away half a good tablet and exchanged for a new one, or they were over PLN 1000 for launching mechanically efficient equipment. I give 2 stars because despite the hopeless approach to the issue of the "old" tablet, I appreciate the momentum and professional device of this place.
