Firstly, Coleman Hanna Carwash Systems is a carwash equipment manufacturer that makes and services their own equipment around the world.

Their equipment can be easily serviced with replacement parts from Home Depot or Lowe's since they have a flexible and modular design.

I wish there was more vacuum service, it was a lil cramped with only 4 vacuums and a small location. Pretty good automatic deluxe wash tho

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever heard of. The communication is extremely poor, their inventory system is non-existent, the management is self-serving and has no idea what is going on in customer service and neither does customer service for that matter. If you ordered a package in October don't expect it until January and expect for it to be thrown in a box with no other correspondence, and yes this was the case prior to the pandemic. There were a few employees that were actually reliable, one customer service rep gave me a card with his cell and I called him yesterday only to find out he no longer works there as of last month and to be honest I'm not dealing with anyone else. So I guess that means we'll be moving on as well because it seems as though no one there is competent enough to do their job effectively and efficiently.

This Company is a great designer and seller of car wash equipment. They have some of the best equipment in the industry. They sell the equipment world wide.

I recently left this location after receiving horrible customer service. The receptionist was very nice, but the manager wasn t on the other hand. I was charged $10 for a $1 vacuum and he refused to reimburse my payment. Instead, I was told that he doesn t handle those type of issues and to resolve it with my bank. He wasn t understanding, and honestly he didn t care. I called back to receive his name, and I was told its Russell Coleman. AND THE VACUUM BARLEY WORKED!
