This meant that the phone was flooded after despite IP67. This meant no warranty repair. However, the service was up to the challenge, the phone was repaired under warranty. After repair I received a phone with a new display, new backs and a battery. The phone was released in a nice bag protecting the whole. I am very happy with the professional approach of the website.

You can call the hotline with a miracle and I have not even managed to call you up to now. We arrived again on Friday, we received information that the parts did not arrive and the phone will be picked up on Monday ... 17.06 the husband rode to the service and of course got another information that they are still waiting for the parts but ALREADY WILL BE WORTH ON 19.06 but we set ourselves more for pickup on Friday, 21/06. On Friday, June 21, silence on the part of SAMSUNGA, so we came on Saturday ... and again there is no part. The attending Lord said that they will be on Monday and will note that the phone should be repaired as a priority. A moment ago the husband got the information that there are still no parts and the date has shifted to Thursday, June 27th. BEGINNING AND MAKING PEOPLE WITH PEOPLE !!!! I'm not surprised that in a month there are only 1 stars if this is how customer service looks like

13 days ago I gave the phone with a broken display in Galaxy s10, the waiting time is definitely long
(up to 12 days and 22 hours longer compared to the website declaration). The whole situation, however, changes really nice service, especially in the performance of two delectable ladies who helped embrace the exchange before my departure.
The service replaced the entire housing and the battery at the price of replacing the display, and I received the phone immediately with a protective cover in the form of foil.
