Customer service is dismal.
The Samsung Store Champs-Elysees Paris offered until Thursday, March 7, 2019 the Galaxy S10 Plus 512 GB Black Ceramic priced version 128 GB with Earbuds offered.
I picked up the order by hand on March 20, 2019, and all the vendors told me I had two weeks to try the phone and return it if it did not suit me. I'll be back on March 26, 2019 to get my money back. I am told that it is impossible because the transaction was carried out by the service provider Influence Sales.
So in other words, they know how to cash and sell phones but can not repay?
The manager of the store and his colleagues offer me to be reimbursed over the phone via the Samsung Shop online but they can not do anything, my transaction was made via Influence Sales.
Samsung Store Champs Elysees tell me not to worry and they will keep me informed for the refund procedure.
A week later, Wednesday, April 3, 2019, I was the one who recalled them. I am told that I will have news during the day, I have not had anything! I restart on Thursday, April 4, 2019, I am told to contact Influence Sales. All send the ball back.
(I do not voluntarily put his name by respect of confidentiality, despite the time he makes me lose and his incompetence to manage a simple case of return product)

@Samsung @SamsungFrance, your clients deserve better!
You add lots of features when they are not even 100% functional (we talk about digital optical recognition that works once in 10 while unlocking your phone should be without a hitch?)
You update your phones 6 months after Google, when you do it ...
You do not treat your customers with respect, and then you wonder internally how to be as cool as Apple (source safe ...)
Respect your customers and do your work especially when it comes to a simple refund request.
