I was able to benefit from the offer of Samsung in December for the Galaxy S9 with recovery of my old phone and 256GB micro SD card. However, my package was opened by a Chronopost employee and the micro SD card was likely stolen. I made a reservation on delivery. The answer of the seat of Samsung: it is only possible to make a total refund of the order so with return of the Galaxy S9 received without guarantee that the company of recovery can not return to me my old telephone. Can not send me a new SD card or refund only the price of the latter. We think dream !!!

Would anyone have a contact at headquarters to solve this breathtaking story? (the Samsun shop has refused to give me this information)

It is deplorable that Samsung is advertising falsehood. I bought a Note 9 with a refund offer of 100 euros. I send all the requested documents. Honestly, it doesn't take as much, especially when the device is purchased from the samsung shop itself. A few days later I am told that the phone label is incomplete and therefore no reimbursement of 100 euros. In addition, I am informed that no document will be returned to me knowing that in the file, there is my RIB which contains personal data. Samsung has no right to store personal data about its customers without their consent. I have contacted customer service several times, they are rude, incompetent and do not care. I filed a complaint with the DGCCRF. I will not hesitate to go to the Court of Justice for the conservation of my personal data, which is an infringement of a fundamental right. Samsung entrusts reimbursement operations to service providers who refuse reimbursement under eccentric pretexts to make a profit. It's false advertising! This is theft! You order a device among others by looking at the delivery option. Delivery and commissioning within 24h to 48h: this is what the site samsung mentions; and this mention appears everywhere in the user shopping journey!

personal experience: Purchase made on 11/25/19. First contact for a meeting: 29/11/19; I have been trying to reach them every day since 26/11/19 to see what the delivery status is. Only Proposed Delivery Date: 7/12/19

Two options arise: 1- Samsung you have trouble counting hours .. there we are more than a week! It's huge ... 2- Samsung you are liars; remove this mention of your emails confirmation and your shopping journey it would be better! And do not answer by saying that it is 24 to 48 hours after making contact because once again mathematically it does not happen.

NOTE to the user: I have not received the product yet so I can not comment but I wanted to get this message out so that people are at least aware.

Very happy with my Samsung products and particularly my current Note 9, I nevertheless find it unfortunate with this phone to discover that we had removed "small options" such as the automatic signature of text messages.
Please add new options with the new ranges but do not delete any applications you are using. I could change brands for that.

Pre-ordered S10+ and added to my order one external wireless battery. The phone came with 3-4 days of delay. I open the box and found a scratch on the screen! How it's even possible?! I ask reimbursement. They say no, wait until your battery arrive, we can't cancel you order before that. It's almost one month passed. No reimbursement, no battery, on all my calls they answer - WE HAVE NO IDEA when it arrives. I'm speechless. Samsung France - it's a stain on reputation of Samsung corporation.

Scam on A 51 reimbursement offers with 1 compliant file for 3 months and 1 smartphone purchase for 4 months.

1 totally incompetent after-sales service repeating month after month that my file will be regularized.

The icing on the cake I receive emails that the transfer of the sum was made on 08/26/20 and 08/21/20 which is totally false.

When I contact the after-sales service to prove my good faith by wanting to send documents from my bank that I have not received any transfer, as if by magic I am taken at my word.

Do not be fooled by these refund offers, these false advertisements and especially by the brand image of Samsung which makes you believe that it is the 1 serious, honest, quality or trusted company.

The worst consumer experience of my life !!!

Customer service is dismal.

The Samsung Store Champs-Elysees Paris offered until Thursday, March 7, 2019 the Galaxy S10 Plus 512 GB Black Ceramic priced version 128 GB with Earbuds offered.

I picked up the order by hand on March 20, 2019, and all the vendors told me I had two weeks to try the phone and return it if it did not suit me. I'll be back on March 26, 2019 to get my money back. I am told that it is impossible because the transaction was carried out by the service provider Influence Sales.

So in other words, they know how to cash and sell phones but can not repay?
The manager of the store and his colleagues offer me to be reimbursed over the phone via the Samsung Shop online but they can not do anything, my transaction was made via Influence Sales.

Samsung Store Champs Elysees tell me not to worry and they will keep me informed for the refund procedure.

A week later, Wednesday, April 3, 2019, I was the one who recalled them. I am told that I will have news during the day, I have not had anything! I restart on Thursday, April 4, 2019, I am told to contact Influence Sales. All send the ball back.

I have ordered smartphones of the "A" range from Samsung from the samsung.com site on which I have not been delivered my products, with a consequent expectation of shipment.

My order has been pending shipment for 2 days without any information justifying this delay in delivery.

It appeared on my order an optional delivery by Chronopost the same day between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m., but this deadline was not respected by Samsung Shop.

The day after this delivery incident, I contacted "Samsung Shop" who informed me that I had no information to communicate to me on the delivery of my order, take note ....

This is not the first incident that I have suffered from Samsung Shop between out of stock and late delivery.

Loyal Samsung customer for more than 15 years (PC screen, smartphone, Galaxy Watch, Buds + ...), I just got tricked by Samsung and Evollis on the official Samsung shop site.

I bought on the Samsung shop an S20 + for 1009 with recovery of my S10 + for 330 + 150 offer.
I returned my S10 + with the original box, and the whole set to Evollis.
My S10 + had a single small 1cm scratch on the fingerprint sensor, but the questionnaire starts at 2 scratches.
After diagnosis, Evollis says that my S10 + does not comply with my declaration, reason: Product associated with an account
The return of my S10 + goes from 330 to 5 !!! and 325 charged!
And what do you think this type of business practice is called?

So the fact that I linked my S10 + to a gmail account is a problem, otherwise the smartphone is in very good condition, something that is not disputed!
Personally, I don't know a lot of people who don't associate the smartphone with a gmail account. Not associating the smartphone is absurd, because you lose a lot of function!
I called Samsung after-sales service, and of course everyone passed the buck. The counselor was very annoyed, I had the impression that she was not surprised by my problem.

I am equipped with Samsung smartphones since 7 years now. Having had a problem recently with an S6 EDGE under warranty, Samsung refused to support the repair despite the warranty saying that there was oxidation.

I bought a laundry dryer DV80M50101W last March in conforama. I applied for after-sales service after a week of noise and could not solve it.
Apply for an exchange directly at conforama.
After applying to Conforma, I was denied that I saved sav to Samsung, not conforama.
After that, the technicians came four more times (the video call) because of the turbine noise problem and the water droplets in the coat roll monitor. Conforama refused to use their after sales service.

I just wanted to buy a laundry dryer that works normally no normal.

If you had told us to contact conforama without confidence in the first place, you would not have had this complaint.
