sav no one, I sent my new s4 for a simple defect in the usb connector and they tell me that the motherboard is dead and that they will not reimburse because it fell into the water .... completely fanciful the diagnosis and I told them that the phone worked flawlessly and that I was planning to file a complaint to block the phone because I guess they want to put it in their pocket and get another one.
