I bought a laundry dryer DV80M50101W last March in conforama. I applied for after-sales service after a week of noise and could not solve it.
Apply for an exchange directly at conforama.
After applying to Conforma, I was denied that I saved sav to Samsung, not conforama.
After that, the technicians came four more times (the video call) because of the turbine noise problem and the water droplets in the coat roll monitor. Conforama refused to use their after sales service.

I just wanted to buy a laundry dryer that works normally no normal.
And I preferred Samsung because I'm Korean.

If you had told us to contact conforama without confidence in the first place, you would not have had this complaint.

Because it was completely disassembled, I had a cognitive play and I didn't want to look at the dryer.

I regret to buy a Samsung laundry dryer!

I was surprised by the ridiculous and irresponsible after-sales system.

I am not responding to my last complaint email.

I recommend never buying a model I bought

If you have a problem with a Samsung product, by all means! Please do not contact Samsung. Please contact the vendor where you bought the product.
