Loyal Samsung customer for more than 15 years (PC screen, smartphone, Galaxy Watch, Buds + ...), I just got tricked by Samsung and Evollis on the official Samsung shop site.

I bought on the Samsung shop an S20 + for 1009 with recovery of my S10 + for 330 + 150 offer.
I returned my S10 + with the original box, and the whole set to Evollis.
My S10 + had a single small 1cm scratch on the fingerprint sensor, but the questionnaire starts at 2 scratches.
After diagnosis, Evollis says that my S10 + does not comply with my declaration, reason: Product associated with an account
The return of my S10 + goes from 330 to 5 !!! and 325 charged!
And what do you think this type of business practice is called?

So the fact that I linked my S10 + to a gmail account is a problem, otherwise the smartphone is in very good condition, something that is not disputed!
Personally, I don't know a lot of people who don't associate the smartphone with a gmail account. Not associating the smartphone is absurd, because you lose a lot of function!
I called Samsung after-sales service, and of course everyone passed the buck. The counselor was very annoyed, I had the impression that she was not surprised by my problem.

Next time, go your way to the Samsung shop with the trade-in offer, because if I understood correctly, in 95% of cases, your diagnosis is failed !!!
