Following the purchase of a Samsung product, delivery promised on the day of the order between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. if the order is placed before 12 p.m.
The order is placed before 12 p.m.
Email confirming same day delivery well received.
Chronopost transporter.

At 9:37 p.m., notice from chronopost informing that the package would be delivered the next day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

If the fault lies with chronopost, it is Samsung which has chosen chronopost and which must therefore assume the fault.
PS:
The reason is not the covid.
In December same problem of delivery (other than samsung product) made late, out of time, by chronopost.

Avoid sellers using chronopost!
