Pre-ordered S10+ and added to my order one external wireless battery. The phone came with 3-4 days of delay. I open the box and found a scratch on the screen! How it's even possible?! I ask reimbursement. They say no, wait until your battery arrive, we can't cancel you order before that. It's almost one month passed. No reimbursement, no battery, on all my calls they answer - WE HAVE NO IDEA when it arrives. I'm speechless. Samsung France - it's a stain on reputation of Samsung corporation.
