I participated in a Samsung refund offer of 70 . Your practices regarding repayment terms are abusive. You ask for the original of the label stuck on a box of 3mn thickness that you asked to cut. I tore it by wanting to take off. I had photocopied this label but you do not accept this photocopy and you refused my refund without knowing more. This is unacceptable from a company like yours. You did not even make a commercial gesture. I have a Samsung S7 and I just bought one to my girlfriend. I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years, but after such a hit, you've just lost two customers in one fell swoop. But I see that I am not the only one with repayment problems. I hope that your questionable practices will tarnish your image and that it will serve as a lesson. And now we can not even send you a message on your website. It's scandalous.
