Terrible customer service. Products poorly explained on the site (descriptive video not suitable for the product sent - then refusal to accept a return of said product). There I have been waiting for two weeks for a package which has obviously been lost. They refuse to send me the products again (so that I can go hiking!) While waiting for news from the post office, which has lost the package! They don't give me any news. It is up to me to call (paying every minute of their precious time) to hear the same thing every time: "It is not our fault. You are helping us is impossible. It is against procedure. " Etc. Etc. Etc. Ad nauseum.
