Customer service is not existent. I ordered a gift wrapped (extra charge) product as it was a gift for someone. It arrived in a regular box with a paper enclosed saying - cadeau (gift). Their customer service is - send us an email and we will respond within 48 hours, meanwhile we can dispatch the product within 24 hours of it s express service. I am
Glad they are working with DHL and things arrived quickly but at that point customer service is useless.

Would not use this company again!
