The site is overwhelmed during this holiday season. 4 days to announce that there is a stock shortage on one of the products and suddenly the order is delivered several days late. I had ordered skis for my 3 year old son which unfortunately will not arrive for Christmas .... We must not promise delivery times (in this case, December 19) which are largely unfulfilled. Correct but ineffective after-sales service. The site is very sellerial and efficient, but in fact it doesn't follow at all. Disappointed with this online shopping experience.
