Very disappointing!!!!
A reserved item and bring it back to the Annecy store by phone, a confirmation text message at 12:24 pm to inform me that my item is available in the store in Annecy and when I arrive at the store at 5 pm no item !!! In fact, it was sold overnight.
Not only on the phone he ensures that the item is reserved when it is False if someone pays for it in the meantime the item "reserve" is sold but in addition to the shop they send an sms at 12:24 to say that the 'article is disposed then that it never had since it would have been sold the previous night on the internet.
Lost time and miles for nothing !!
