ATTENTION!!! Be careful with this retailer! The online subsidiary of this retailer DOES NOT REFUND the money if you return goods. On 13.01.2020 Snowleader.ch received the returned goods and I have the confirmation by SWISS POST!!! Every week I call the customer service and the reply is always the same "we do not have your parcel" after insisting they check with "a manager" and promise to transfer the money... Until now I DID NOT receive any refund. Unfortunately, I have to take a legal action against this seller. Definitely, I will never ever shop at Snowleader.ch.
