I purchased a coat on November 2nd paid for 1 day ...

I purchased a coat on November 2nd paid for 1 day shipping when the package arrived it was not what I expected and I returned it on the 4th of November.It took 3 weeks for the package to get back to the facility,and then 2 weeks to process the return.It is been 1 month and they still have not processed a refund.Custumer service is usless every time I called to check on the status of my return and refund I would get a diferent answer.
Horrible!!!I am very disappointed and will not shop here again.
