I was given a date that my package was supposed to arrive. It didn't arrive on that date. I went to their website and typed in my PRO number. Nothing. I just cleared the number and I tried again multiple times and got the same result. I called the local office and was put on hold. I was then transferred to someone else. I gave the person on the phone the PRO number. He said my package was somewhere but I could not understand what he was saying I asked him again and he put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I called back and no one answered the phone. Hopefully when I call again tomorrow I will actually will get an answer.
One of there drivers near Moose Jaw nearly killed us. Lucky I was paying good attention and avoiding a likely fatal accident.
