Great service at a great price. Bought a respirator for work (I work on ICU). It arrived the next day and was fantastic quality and price. Really pleased. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a heavy duty chain online. The company advert was spot on and price was better than anyone else. The communication was fantastic from accepting the order through to notifications on parcel movement. Package sent by dpd so I knew where it was and when it would arrive. Arrived bang on time. This company are impressive and do what they say and supply top gear. I will most certainly be back as I know their service is second to none.

The sizing of the items is not clear. So then when the item doesn t fit you are expected to pay to to return them! And then there is a 25% charge added for them re-stocking the item. The cheek of it...

Really good company, amazing vibe and super reliable

Well, very bad experience! They have lot of Romanian workers who dont care about cutomers and maybe thats why.
first, I contact them by email and ask if any mask are avaiable. fast reply and they told me, Yes, how many I need. I said two.
Okay, not problem at all, they send me link for payment. I paid and they said everything is ok. The mask what I bought was mask without filter. After few hours, they told me they have the filter too so I dont buy from other website!
Again, they send me link for payment, again I paid for filter too.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!After this !!!!! I receive other answer ( from my first question in the morning) and Missis Cornelia told me:

So after this, I ask for filter nad they send me link for payment.

After two payment made, I call them 15:20PM and customer service told me everything is okay :)

After one day, Missis Geanina sent me an email and she told me, the mask are not avaiable any more. So my money was gone from my account, I cannot us it on other website and I have to waiting many days to release my money back. Also, I have to cancel my order with filter because I dont have to do nothing with this without the mask.

Also, when you contact them, every email are come from different guy. Lucian, Cornelia, etc. About 4-5 guys and they dont know what they mate said before.

I saw a review here with great experience with 5 stars what was came from Lucian Tudor. But this guy work for this company too. Lot of reviews from here are from emplyers.

I will post this review everywhere so in future guys, choice other website, we have lot of websites in UK from where we can but anything.

Ordered a more expensive helmet safety visor at the same time as my colleagues ordering the cheaper version.
For some reason the cheaper visors get delivered almost immediately, yet mine is not in stock with no lead time!
Try to phone and it just rings out, try to do the Web chat and constantly closes randomly with no proper help.
Such hopeless customer service.

This company is a scam. Their Mr Grant Begley has just invoiced me 6,422.00 pounds. Never heard of them before, never bought anything from them. The invoice attachment is probably malware so I would advise everyone to simply delete any and every email from this company without opening it.

Ordered a 3M reusable respirator from this company and got delivered an opened and stained filter. When contacted the customer care company to rectify, Dani Wilkins in customer care was refusing to accept the fact that its an opened product and not accepting replacement or refund. Very disappointed of their attitude during this testing times.

I had ordered a box of light bulbs and they all pop soon as you pop them in the socket I have sent a number of contact response email on there website but still waiting for the item to be collected so I can have a refunded I would if I was you look around as this is not good this is why so many people use big companies like amazon and eBay as you should not have to wait well over a month for any contact or a refund and still waiting hope to here this way

THIS IS A MINUS 1 STAR REVIEW
1.Very slow delivery
2.No customers service . as no emails or messages were replied to.
3.Requested delivery to be let in a safe place , ie in the meter cupboard outside the front door . package left on doorstep in view of anyone walking by.
4.Delivery box was soaked in what I can only describe as some sort of oil or grease, which had transferred to the contents leaving items dirty and sticky and needed cleaning with hot soapy water.
5. To sum up, if they change there customer service department and the delivery company they use (as they can not follow simple instructions and look after goods in transit)there might be some hope for them in the future .But until then I WILL NOT be using TSSC anytime soon.

Top notch service. The customer service team were helpful and succinct, the delivery was prompt with multiple notifications and accurate delivery and all products were excellent quality. All in all a pleasure to do business with.

I had an issue with an order and originally left some negative feedback and immediately received a call from a director trying to resolve the issue. It's was apparently a misunderstanding by their staff and has now been sorted. I can't fault their desire to keep customers happy.

Bought some 3 ply non-woven green face masks. Very poor quality.

One star is all I can give this company, they just don't seem to care about customers, which is a shame as their website lists quite an impressive range of products at good prices.

Unfortunately, my first order experience has been very painful.

I placed an order for a variety of items on 15th May 2019 (order #8108046). Then had an email to state that an item of a particular colour was not in stock and would I like a different colour sending instead. I agreed and was informed it had been accepted. Then, nothing happened so I emailed them on the morning of the 24th May and heard nothing. Then had another email on 28th May stating that another item was not in stock and that they wanted to defer my order till 5th June 2019. Come on guys, this is not on.

I have asked for my order to be cancelled and won't be using them again as they really don't appear to care very much.

Very impressed, dealt with a few companies for PPE and these guys nailed it! Had some questions and they sure do know their stuff saved me time and money - highly recommend.

As a local to the area I have to say I m shocked and disgusted that a staff of this company are involved in vandalism and public disorder, trashing people on the communities property is unacceptable and you don t belong within the community! Be aware we have CCTV showing this dispicable behaviour and legal action will be taken!!

We have been using The Safety Company for over 2 years and have never had any issues, the online ordering service is easy to use and goods can be ordered with just a few clicks. If an item is out of stock you receive a email to this effect and an alternative is offered. Confirmation emails and texts are sent as soon as a order is placed, items are shipped and once delivered. Its actually shocking seeing the safty supply companys staffs behaviour and the extent you will go to cover it up. NO MISTAKEN IDENTITY HERE. WERE TALKING ABOUT OUTSIDE THE WAREHOUSE. LOADS OF PEOPLE SEEN. Criminal damage is a crime duh vandalism is a crime. That car your staff damaged had baby seats. I ordered a pair of safety shoes on the 4th December, they did not fit well and the steel toe cap dug into my feet as soon as I tried them on. I went through their returns process and heard nothing. On the 21st December I e-mailed the man who had sent me the returns labels, he e-mailed me back and said that they had not received them and there would be no refund unless I could supply proof of delivery. The same day I sent a copy of the delivery note and received an apology about a "mix up." It would be passed to accounts. It is now 9th January and no correspondence since so I have sent another e-mail. This seems like the run around that you get with old fashioned businesses.
