Their service and low prices made buying luggage for my trip so much better then if I had "just bought on online." I actually learned why good luggage is so important while traveling! The staff was very helpful without being pushy and the store is beautiful. I'll go back in the future.

I do a lot of research when I invest in something like quality luggage before I buy it, and I'm confident that I got the best value by shopping at H Savinar. Their wide selection of luggage and travel accessories are competitively priced, all things considered. I was also pleased with the excellent customer service. They made purchasing our Briggs and Riley baggage set an enjoyable experience.
I need luggage that functions optimally for a long time, can really take a beating, while still looking somewhat svelte or at least respectable.
Norman is extremely knowledgable and gave me solid recommendations amid a large selection of quality luggage. If I had purchased the same bag online or on Amazon I would have paid full retail whereas Norman gave me a much appreciated sizeable discount. Also he let me know that I can drop off my old luggage (that is still in good condition but no longer serves my needs) and they'll drop it off to a charity for orphaned kids who need to tow their stuff around. (I like that it serves vulnerable children in need.)
This place is for the serious traveler who doesn't need a fancy storefront to procure their luggage; if you want Venice hipster backpacks then you may be disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend to others and come back here myself again.

The best selection of major brands of luggage and reasonable prices. The service is outstanding. I purchased a piece of luggage from them that was damaged by the airline. The airline insisted that I send the luggage to their luggage company in Texas who held it for six weeks and was unable to repair the luggage. I asked the airline carrier to send the luggage to H Savinar for repair who was able to repair it in two days.
As soon as you walk in and talk to any of the workers in this store... you immediately can t help but notice and learn that these people have sold luggage for a very long time. These professionals just know luggage . Duffle Bags, leather/plastic suitcases, luggage tags and any luggage accessories. Just name it. They will not only know or tell you about it but also have it with recommendations of equal value or better alternatives in that category!
Excellent attention and inventory of the best brands
I don't even live in L.A. and this is my go-to place for luggage. They have a wide variety of high quality products and good prices, the store is clean and laid out nicely so that it's easy to see and find products. The staff are real pros. They are also super fast; I've never had to wait even a minute there for service. One of the suitcases I got there was damaged, and when I brought it in it was still under warranty and they took care of everything; the whole thing took less than five minutes. If you're an extreme traveler like me, with no time to waste, this is the place to go.
