One star is all I can give this company, they just don't seem to care about customers, which is a shame as their website lists quite an impressive range of products at good prices.

Unfortunately, my first order experience has been very painful.

I placed an order for a variety of items on 15th May 2019 (order #8108046). Then had an email to state that an item of a particular colour was not in stock and would I like a different colour sending instead. I agreed and was informed it had been accepted. Then, nothing happened so I emailed them on the morning of the 24th May and heard nothing. Then had another email on 28th May stating that another item was not in stock and that they wanted to defer my order till 5th June 2019. Come on guys, this is not on.

I have asked for my order to be cancelled and won't be using them again as they really don't appear to care very much.
