I ordered a pair of safety shoes on the 4th December, they did not fit well and the steel toe cap dug into my feet as soon as I tried them on. I went through their returns process and heard nothing. On the 21st December I e-mailed the man who had sent me the returns labels, he e-mailed me back and said that they had not received them and there would be no refund unless I could supply proof of delivery. The same day I sent a copy of the delivery note and received an apology about a "mix up." It would be passed to accounts. It is now 9th January and no correspondence since so I have sent another e-mail. This seems like the run around that you get with old fashioned businesses.
