I used this place for years. I maintained a post office box for my business, sent regular mail, and purchased cards and mailing supplies. Now, you can even pick up a lottery ticket. I like they have an automated service that notifies you of your mailbox content. The staff and service is just superb!

I actually went across the street to a competitor first, but they were a bit brusk and didnt want to take the time to explain their fees and services. Went to Biltmore Mailboxes Plus right afterwards and the gentleman working the counter was super friendly and helpful - I signed up for a year and haven't regretted it. Great Camelback address, and they are always friendly when I call to check on packages or mail.
Rich and the team at Biltmore Mailboxes Plus are awesome! They take care of my mail and I never have to worry about not being home when a FedEx or UPS package arrives. They sign for it and the package is ready for me when I stop by their store. This is a great place to rent a mailbox from in Phoenix because doing so gives you a Biltmore Arizona address which is very prestigious. If you want all of your postal worries to be gone and have one convenient place for your mail and packages, I highly recommend Rich and his team here. Tell them Mark sent you :)
Place has gone downhill the past year+. Mail forwarding is super slow, as is sorting and notification of mail in virtual mailbox. They often forget to weigh mail so customer can't get a quoted price or shipping carriers in the online portal. I've also spoken to them on the phone and won't be doing that again, I just go straight to corporate with complaints, which is numerous and too often in my opinion. Highly do not recommend unless you like frustration and super high pricing.

Sucks. Waited 15 minutes past open time. No one there. Later called. Only does fingerprints 2 afternoons a week. Maybe mention it on your website

5 Star service every day! But one day they really exceeded expectations: I had a large painting I wished to ship to my brother in Mexico. After asking that it be packed and shipped, I left a credit card and phone number to be called with the price. I was at their mercy. But here is what happened: The store manager was so concerned about the high cost of such a package, and knowing it was a personal gift, he called the owner . To my delight, the owner agreed to a huge discount Who cares enough about their customers to bargain for them ? Super owner and management ! Let's support them!!
Delivered my package to the wrong carrier; thankfully they went through the effort of getting it back but maintained that it was my fault that they gave it to the wrong carrier. Cost me many hours of my time, bad reviews on ebay (where I had 100%) and the cost of having to reship priority.
