Very good hotel in the city center and at a very good price

Okay for short stay, it reminds me about my first time to East Europe in the 90, it need a serious update to 2017 standard

Great place, especially the Princess Club on the second floor!)

Cleaning is good in hotel and staff very polite .... sometimes don t understand very well English so difficult to give you best possible service as language barrier ..... sadly computer area downstairs closed

Rooms require renovation and general cleaning. I was surprised that the cleaning of the rooms does not take place as planned, but at the request of the client. Some of the maids communicate with visitors as if they have known the visitor for a hundred years. The cuisine is acceptable, at the reception the girls are very polite and friendly, they will help, prompt everything that interests the client. Overall the hotel is good. Solid C grade! Football fans are absolutely delighted as the view overlooks the football stadium .

The hotel has proven itself on the good side of both foreigners and Ukrainians. There is a spa and gym. Beautiful views of the entire city center. There is a garden with fountains (rarely included and it s time to do it) where in summer there is fun for children -fishing fish. Cozy hotel. The staff is responsive and ready to help in different situations, as always was. The prices are average, for delegations good discounts, populated several times by groups of foreigners, they made a normal discount.

Small rooms, not too clean in rooms, outdated interior.

Great place for conferences, good place to stay. Pretty delicious cuisine. If some numbers were pulled up - there could be 4 stars.

Compared with the previous visit (2 years ago), it became much sadder ... Something strange with the staff, with the service ... Apparently, managers have no time to control subordinates or nobody needs it ... sad ...

Five Star Hotel in Trzeszczka Street and the intersection of Pushkin Street is very close to Arena City and the Terchshchanka Park

Great location near the city center. Great breakfast with a large selection of dishes. Rooms small and very modest. They need refresh. Not enough electrical plugs and there's not a clock. In-room coffee maker. Instead of a shower cubicle, a bathtub with a shower head. If you plan to stay there a day or two and not sit in a hotel is a good place to stay.

(I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND) It is a disgraceful place, even a water was not put in the closet in the room.

Excellent conference room, everything is decent, clean and equipped for performances

Walking distance from various sights in Kiev. Room has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mini fridge, TV etc. Large breakfast room with more than enough choices. (Sushi) bar, restaurant with tasty food, cash machine in the lobby, also a money exchange counter, large parking lot (free), staff helpful but they do not smile much there, but apparently that is something general in Kiev. (I understand from foreign students who live there for a while)

The hotel is of average quality and therefore not very expensive rooms, but very expensive accompanying services.
You can live, but eat better in other places.

Very small shower in the room (even to me with my height 160 cm it was uncomfortable). I understand that the number was one of the most inexpensive, but disposable slippers could be put. It smelled a little damp. Inconvenient dispensers in the shower, I had to make efforts to squeeze the soap / gel. From the positive: they ordered food in the room, brought quickly, it was delicious. The staff at the reception - friendly, quickly settled / evicted.

Good hotel to spend the night a couple of nights. Great location and service. Of the minuses - tasteless breakfast (except coffee, juice and bread). Products that are not of the highest quality (in my opinion).

All of the USSR. No repairs, no renovations, cosmetics were done, but they actually live.

For a "luxury hotel" as they claim themselves to be, the interiors and furnitures are rather old. But everything in the room was clean and looked decent. The bed wasn't much comfortable though, more than one night I wouldn't be able to survive there :) Location is very good, near to public transportation and in walking distance to some of the most significant places of interest.

OK. I describe the impression. In the room in the fridge there was somebody's skipping milk and thirsty when I dug him. I had to air the room. On the floor are old spots, it's unpleasant to go barefoot. Disposable footwear is not available. There was no drinking water in my room. Although he had two friends, I had to go to them to borrow. The lift is a separate story. It is not very convenient and many people I encountered difficulty in using it. Bathroom is plus. Pure is the most important thing. There is no room number on the key. It is attached to some kind of paper. Come out, forgetting that piece of paper, then ran across the floor, ticking the card all the way to find out where my room was, but it was more of my face. Going into the hall, it seems that a very good hotel, but when you open the door number then the enthusiasm disappears. Perhaps there are different numbers for the price and comfort, but I was booked exactly this, there was no choice.

Small bathroom, amenties only include shampoo & body wash. Restsurants, inside and out, great. Supermarket to the left across street has beer and wine and accepts US credit cards

Central location in the heart of Kiev. Very good breakfast. Our classic room is small and narrow but clean. The wardrobe is small and narrow and not enough for a couple. Internet connection is very weak. A satisfactory score. On the other hand, a standard-rated room located on the upper floors is very poor. A very nice hotel in the center, right next to the Gulliver mall, close to Kiev's main street, it is recommended to drive to Hoover, very small rooms, nice breakfast for Israelis, good service, clean and tidy !!!

There was a standard in the room, this room is definitely not worth the money, the furniture is all sssrovskaya. But when I was on the door, I was amazed at all! I put 5 only because of the fact that it is very welcome staff, and delicious food in the restaurant (at the buffet).
