The hotel is pleased, I liked it. There is certainly better but this one is good.

Rooms are clean, neat but very tight. Surprised by a bath instead of a shower cabin.

Breakfasts are tasty, the standard of the rooms is not too bad. Close to the center. Very nice hotel service.

Decent hotel right in the centre of Kiev. Right next to the football stadium.
It's a huge building. Very imposing. Staff are friendly and unassuming.

The hotel is close to the center. It's a little old, but it answers all the needs. It was fun.

Over priced for the small room you receive. I had an upgraded room but still very small, and they only supply the room for one person, one robe, one towel, one coffee cup, one coffee, so then you call for service to have the room supplied and they only bring you half the items you need. This is an example of a Hotel trying to save money but at the customers expense. It also had a very small shower, dont drop the soap. Bathroom could have been cleaned better was one opportunity for improvement, the biggest disappointment however was the service as when we checked in, non of the three girls knew what a smile was, on top of her not knowing what she was doing. The other service problem was we ordered room service and gave a tip in the total, the gentleman actually responded I hope your not expecting change. That was a first in my lifetime.

The rooms are pretty basic but clean and cozy. The breakfast is superb with large variety of different foods.

As a conference hall, I must admit it is very worthy, but as a hotel for a deuce.

This is inimitable! Yoga mat and expander! But in the elevator hangs a map of the running route developed by one of the hotel employees. This is an achievement, I believe! There is no fitness room. And surrounded by a kilometer, there is no fitness room where you can take a one-time visit.
In the room on the 10th floor there is a shabby table, not very hot water, poor flush in the toilet bowl and a good wi-fi.
To write a review, you have to switch to mobile Wi-Fi.
The mini bar on the 10th floor was empty.
But the radio is built into the table, though I did not understand how it turns on.
So, I can advise if you do not need to rise above the second floor (conference rooms and a bar), in other cases, the pleasure is doubtful

The quality of service for owners of Premier network cards does not correspond to the declared level. I recommend to stay only in exceptional cases.

The hotel is very old, rooms are small, staff is not kind, access is not comfortable at all (it is withing the stadium campus).
Breakfast is good, it is reasonably clean and location is good, but that's about it.

Good comfortable single rooms. In the shower there is all the care, socks outside the wall can not be heard. Very large selection for breakfast, I am vegan and I had something to eat. Cleaning daily.

There was a business trip, the stay was 2 nights in a standard room (1500 UAH / day), settled late at night. We met normally, settled on the 18th floor, number 1817 (December 17-19, 2019). There were three of us and they all settled on different floors, although the reservation from one organization was immediately for three. In the corridors of the hotel, carpeted flooring, as the whole parquet is shaking and without a carpet it would be impossible to walk. The rooms are post-Soviet style and have matching furniture. The front door on the inside is all ragged and in chips, the same thing and a slul. The window in the room with an old wooden frame and slots is sealed with white tape. There is old carpet on the floor, as well as on the hotel floor. There is a TV on the wall 24 ", the remote control wasn t wiped from it for an eternity. There is a minibar (a refrigerator in the table), but it is empty. The bathroom has a metal bath with chips and a cheap faucet that pours in different directions, the ceiling and some metal slabs that show wires and layers of dust. The ventilation of the half-hidden one is hidden in the ceiling and with a thick layer of dust. The towels are clean, but shabby, there are no bathrobes. There is no garbage bag in the toilet bin, but the bin is dressed in a velvet cover in the room. The tank in the toilet is large, flushing it s not very long, but it s typed in a long and noisy way. The most positive thing is the breakfasts, they are excellent according to the buffet system. If you leave early before breakfast, you can prepare a snack on the road.

The rooms are very decent for 3 stars. In room slippers, bathrobe, kettle. Single room left a very good impression. The view from the window to the stadium and a beautiful park. Very friendly staff.

A very good hotel in the center of Kiev. Close to Kreszczatik and Maidan. Very good standard. Clean, comfortable. I have been staying in this hotel for several years.

Great location to stay in the city. Room was ok size and the bed was comfortable.

Nice hotel with good amenities. The bars were excellent and served great food at reasonable prices. The staff were friendly and efficient and although the rooms were a little dated, they were really clean with both a safe and a fridge.

Booked a double classic room with one bed. At the reception, they waited 25 minutes for check-in, along with the queue.

The room turned out to be incredibly small, the bed was insanely narrow, there were 1 pcs of towels, appliances and water. We called the reception and said about it, specifying exactly whether it was a DOUBLE, not a SINGLE room, we were assured that it was a double, but we were NOT offered to bring another pair of accessories and towels.

The next day we met the maid at the room after cleaning, and when she saw that there were TWO of us, she was surprised, saying that the room was for one and offered to bring accessories and towels, we clarified, "is this not a double room?" The maid replied that it was ONE, as we expected. So we were deceived at the reception?

We went down to sort it out at the reception, to which we were told that it was a double and single room, and offered to change to a room with two beds or pay extra for a premium room. Where was an upgraded room with an adequate bed, nothing special. We decided to change to a room with two beds, since we barely fit on ours, and it was pointless to pay extra UAH 1100 per room.

Incredibly low everything, sink, bathtub, windowsill ...

No mini bar, empty fridge.

On the second floor there is a bar "Terrace", where there is only a name from the terrace, and this is a closed room.

The only plus of this hotel is the location.

Twice stayed at this hotel. Very conveniently located. This is the city center and everything is nearby. A chic view from the windows of any room, here the Olympic stadium is nearby and st. Khreshchatyk and the Bessarabian market, as well as a planetarium shopping center. The service is excellent, there is a currency exchange and a left-luggage office, Wi-Fi and relaxation areas. Below is a beautiful restaurant with a summer cafe from which you can see a pond with fountains. The menu is extensive, buffet. In the evening it is quite quiet, as if in the country. You can book and transfer.

A Soviet building. Team okay. Excellent location. But air conditioning in rooms just makes a breeze. The smell of smoking in the lobby from the smoking room with its perforated doors facing the lobby. wifi in rooms on the interior.

First time in Kiev amd a lovely hotel to stay in. Clean and comfortable and the staff couldnt do enough to help. Nice bar areas, one with a smoking lounge. There is an atm and currency exchange in the lobby which is handy. It is in a decent area of town. Great views from the hotel windows looking out onto either the wonderfully nightlit city, or on the other side, the stadium. Shower head in the bathroom needs some work as it kept falling off.

Excellent service. Good value for money. Quite small rooms but quality breakfast.

I booked six rooms.
Their service is very poor. There were constant problems with them.
And told us that we stole flowers.
We switched room.
We asked for a high floor received Floor 4

Overall, I recommend it!
Affordable prices, good location, friendly service, tasty breakfast. The hotel is not the newest and in some places you can see a slight consumption but for this price you can accept it. Very nice view of the countryside. Although we are in the city center, there is a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere around.

It's pretty good service considering the area of the world I'm in which is generally sadly lacking.

Not as good as it was front desk very unhelpful cleaning lady very well made us wait 7 hours for a room and it was booked and paid for I 16th stay there don't know whether I'll be back very Unsatisfied

I do not recommend settling above the 10th floor, it blows from the windows, and the level drops sharply.
