Nice rooms, good service, but the windows really blow. The view from the window of the 19th floor is something fantastic. There are always a lot of people, a very rich buffet. Hairdryer, kettle - all on demand and fast.

Beautiful landscape from the windows to the stadium, nice kitchen, the rooms are small, clean, but in some problems with ventilation - from time to time there is an unpleasant smell
HOTEL AND ROOM: (classic 2bed room almost 70 per night)
+ very friendly stuff (almost english speaking) + safe area for parking + clean and bright rooms + comfy bed + in higher levels (I've been 10th floor) great view
- old and used furniture, old style design
- room for 2 but just 1x bed linen - no shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, shoes, toothpaste, toothbrush
BREAKFAST:
+ almost everything for European breakfast but not comparable with Turkish hotels (breakfast in Turkey is the most important mealtime) + even here friendly stuff (with some exceptions) + everything was fresh an tasty + capuchino was tasty + Kefir seemed to be really fresh and was amazing tasty + the boiled beef was surprisingly soft and tasty
- there was no choco cream at all (like Nutella) - not all coffee machines are working (2 of 4) and I had to wait in a line - coffee wasn't tasty - explanation on the coffee machine was Chinese - porridge was sweetened (why?) - to many tables and chairs, if every chair is in use, it's almost impossible to move between without to ask someone to give you some space to walk through - the carpet wasn't clean - the stuff takes your dishes, even if you're not finished, if you just looking shortly at the foot court for something tasty
ENVIRONMENT:
+ it's located close to Besarabski Basar, where you will find all the best nightlife locations in Kiev + the location is luckily not directly at this place and that's why it's really calm and quiet during the night + also a big shopping mall is close to the hotel + the stadium is so close, you could try to jump into it
- don't use the taxi driver in front of that hotel (usually from the Hotel to Besarabski Basar you will pay around 30-40 Grivna maximum -around 1 -, but taxidriver at the hotel will take 200 Grivna and tell you it's the cheapest price) Don't trust them and use UBER!!! - If you catched up a lady in a bar and you would like to go to your room with her, the security guard prohibit the entrance with that lady, if she has no passport (I was sitting in the lobby and observed a situation like that with my friend). No matter if you payed for a 2 person room and showing your documents. - If you complain about something (in my case the not working air conditioner) they are more acting as they would trying to fix it, but nothing happens. They where giving me a coupon for a wine in their bar and that's it.
Mostly many foreigners in this hotel, there are a lot of seminars and trainings on business and various areas! Convenient location: historical and cultural centers on hand! Also, the hotel has a nice staff and a good level of service! For a stop for a few days in Kiev - just right
